Play so bad I wouldn't even work there for free just of how bad the workers I see treat each other it's all favoritism Nathan Buchanan does not know what he's doing with his company. He probably doesn't know what's going on at all too much favoritism I wouldn't work there for free or to get paid bad environment if you ever want to work there.

I wish it never existed it's all about the money. They have become very liberal place yuck.

I understand from a business owner point of view we have to make money but Why is Chick-fil-A Stuart and other locations on Good Friday it's a christian-owned business it should be closed you guys should observe Jesus's death it's called respect something Chick-fil-A does not have anymore.

I do not understand how a great company like Chick fil A is allowing certain things at this location to go on. I was given inedible food 10 days ago. After waiting in a long line for mobile order drive thru I received food that smelled bad. One item was tried and had a terrible taste. I parked and went inside and waited in another long line. I showed the cashier the food and asked if I could please have a refund. Instead of taking the card I used to make the purchase and do the refund , they said they would leave a note for someone to do it. I asked for some type of receipt to show I would receive a refund or credit for a future purchase but was not given any type of receipt. They took the food back and the sticker from the bag that showed my order. I never received a credit or refund so I called the store and left a message plus contacted customer service. I then received an email that said it was from Nathan asking what happened. I let him know and received no response. So 5 days later I contacted customer care again. I then received another message from Nathan saying they were sorry I was unsatisfied with their attempt to resolve my concern but no resolution was done. So I threw away money and wasted a lot of time that day. I have been a very regular customer here for 14 years and I can’t believe this problem couldn’t have been resolved very easily. This Chic Fil A was not as organized compared to others we have been to. It was also big enough to offer drive through along with curbside pick up.

A draw back to this was proper signage. As someone who does not live in the area and was just passing through to get some food, signage for curbside pick up was not very clear. There was a sign pointing in the opposite direction of where actual pick up was. Which we went to and put in blinkers (as suggested in the App when you don’t have a curbside pick up number). After waiting about 5 minutes we realized that no one was coming so we tried to get some directions from an associate who works there, she did not wait to hear our question. Instead she just told us we had to join the line. It was when we got to the person taking orders and explained that we ordered curb side pickup she directed us to where they had the numbers for parking.

When we got to the ‘pick up’ area there was a lady waiting with our food. We explained the situation to her and she was apologetic. Food was still hot when we got it. After we left we notice we did not receive any straws nor did we receive the specific salad dressing we had requested through the app. We found the chicken nuggets extremely oily compared to other times we have purchased from other chic fil A’s. French fries while still hot was soggy by the time we received them. Food rating gets a 3 While service...
