Jimmy John's please stop trying to be freaky fast and just get my order correct. I frequent your store often and my order has been incorrect 3 times in the last 2-3 weeks. It's starting to be a real disappointment each time I go to enjoy my lunch, and it isn't what I ordered and paid for. 8/3/2020 update: my order was wrong again today. 2/16/21 my order was wrong again today. Someone at Jimmy John's in Sturgeon Bay really needs to work on getting the orders correct. Stop trying to be so fast and please take the time to get the customer orders right. Lady seemed a little irritated that i was reading a few options from the board as I had never been there before. (Wasn't busy, just one couple that stepped in behind us) so I just went for the cuban quick as I am a fan. I guess just realize that not everyone walks in the door knowing what they want and you also have a big menu board with a ton of options. Read moreI thought it was freaky fast.....not so much. Went through the drive through because no one was there not even a customer in the store. Placed our order which took a while because no one said anything when we pulled up...then after paying for the two sandwiches we got to watch 4 employees stand around playing on their phones for ten minutes....finally someone must have decided to make our two sandwiches. They walked away and came back about 5 or so minutes later to put them in a bag. About 2 minutes later a different employee to grab the bag and finally give it to us.
