Wanted to update my review. I won't be going to this location again. I went through the drive thru and the cashier told me there was no balance on the gift card I was trying to use. I told him I wanted it back and called the number on the back of it. The card had $4 less on it than before my visit. He lied and double charged me once on the gift card and once on my debit card. Didn't help that the coffee was not what I ordered and tasted like watered down coffee with grounds in it. Took my concern to dunkin corporate and of course they did nothing. Guess smaller coffee shops will be my go to from now on.
Have had issues with this location on multiple occasions and have let it slide. Today pushed that over the edge and now I'm writing a review. Walked in to grab a few donuts, there was a younger guy working, who was also training a younger girl (those two were not the problem). The problem was that there was a man in street clothes behind the counter walking back and forth in front of the donut case looking at his cellphone. He looked at me and said that the younger guy would help in a second. He then proceeded to walk over to that guy and yell out "hurry up you have a customer waiting." I asked the older guy if he worked there and he didn't respond, I then stated "just wondering because you are behind the counter doing nothing." He gave me a dirty look and walked into the back area. To the younger guy who took my order, keep up the good work and sorry that dude was a jerk to you. That was the last time I go to that establishment and I will be sure to advise others to bypass that location as well. No idea who that older guy was but even if he was a manager, owner or whatever, that's no way to treat...
Read moreI have been going to this Dunkin since it opened since I live closeby. I also worked there for some time and saw the way things operate. At that time (2018), things were dirty, dairy machines were never cleaned, fruit flies were everywhere, and I was the only employee who ever actually threw out old expired food and cleaned thoroughly. Management did not respect staff, yet let other staff walk all over them and disrespect customers. Things went uphill for a while, then plummeted back down. In the last two years, every single time I visit I walk to the store, the East door is locked. Every time, I have to pull on the door, then walk around the building to their other door. I've brought it up before and the excuse is always "the opener didn't unlock it"...okay? Why is that not the first thing done when opening in the morning? I've tried to make a point to mention it and it is still 99% of the time locked. Several times, my order is messed up where they forget something entirely, give me something I didn't ask for (once had to send back munchkins THREE TIMES because they weren't giving me the right ones), coffee is almost always bitter or has grounds at the bottom, and cold foam leaves a weird residue in the cup and coffee like it's old. I have started making my own coffee at home and buying cold foam from the store because this really put me off Dunkin. The residue doesn't happen from the store-bought. Staff is usually kind, but incompetent and do not listen. They are always understaffed (always have been). After waiting 10 mins for hashbrowns this morning, just for them to take them out of their heater which they've been in there for god-knows how long, I am done with...
Read moreI understand that current times are challenging for many of us, especially businesses with employees... But what I experienced in inexcusable.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Bread, eggs, sausage, cheese. Pretty straight forward. Trying to be understanding of the times and not being in a rush I waited...24 minutes... at the window for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. Many customers behind me had driven away at this point. After several more bumbles by the staff and another 4-5 minutes, I finally have my food and am on my way only to find.....
The sausage was cool in temperature, the cheese was not melted in the slightest and the eggs were cold. Like out of the freezer cold. The bread was dry and unappealing. Unacceptable.
After waiting nearly half an hour and only diving into the sandwich after reaching the interstate, I decided simply to cut my losses. I removed the eggs and ate the cold, dry, sad sandwich.
I would not recommend this location and will never return.
If zero stars were possible...
Worse than prison food...
Didn't even give me napkins to cry on...
The chocolate...
