Each person I interacted with took the time to listen, offer thoughtful suggestions, and truly cared about helping me create something meaningful.

They had a beautiful selection of rings, and they worked closely with me to personalize my wedding ring exactly how I envisioned it. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond, researching and special ordering the perfect band that they didn’t have in store, just so I could have the one I truly loved.

This is a smaller jewelry store, but I found quickly there one of the best I've worked with so far, they seemed very knowledgeable and were able to show us some very unique peices that we hadn't seen at other stores, and I've been to a lot of stores lately. They also were more honest then a lot of other stores, and after I read a few books on buying diamonds you start to get a idea of who's more honest and who's hoping you don't know much, but this place has been one of, if not the most honest place I've been to yet! I brought a $1500 Tag Heuer Carrera in to get a link added to the bracelet. Instead of admitting she wasn't knowledgeable enough to perform the task, she dismantled the bracelet further and gave it back in an unwearable state. She bluntly said she didn't realize that she didn't know what she was doing until she took it apart, as if if was some sort of experiment for her, then dismissed her failure by unapologetically adding "take it back to Tag Heuer" with a backward brush of her hand.
