Just left there tonight 10/28/24. There were 2 cars ahead of me but I waited 10 minutes before it was my turn, but ok itās a Monday so I get it. Ordered the #4 combo (egg & cheese biscuit, tator tots) with a pepsi and 2 booberry cookies. She says pull up to second window. Another 5 minutes and I get to the window and she asks me if I wanted the 4 piece or #4? I said #4 egg & cheese biscuit. I wait at least another 5 minutes before I get my food. I notice on the drive home that it smells kind of strong and noticed they gave me some greasy A fries and I was really craving the tator tots! Ok fine maybe after breakfast time it defaults to fries and you have to specifically ask for tots. Tried to order through their website just now and it is defaulting to tots so that theory was wrong. Get home and grab the fries to throw away and my whole biscuit falls out of the wrapper bc itās so undercooked if it were a cow, itād be mooing! The biscuits or partially cooked dough is disintegrating as I touch it. At this point Iām like ok and just eat the wettest finished egg of my life. Then grab my āpepsiā to wash it down and itās a freaking tea- an old nasty one at that! Iām so done. Oh and I never got the cookies. I was charged $9.20 for nothing. Not a single redeeming item in the entire meal! Jesus mark my words, I will never return to that Bojangles in my life. Not even if they were giving away free food! Worst fast food experience of my life. And one more thing, no I did not contact the restaurant nor do I have any desire to because Iām not confident they would even know how to refund me and I dang sure donāt want any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis two-star rating is not all about today service. Yes the drive-thru was slow. Not the kind of slow where there are many cars backed up around the building but the kind of slow where even if you're the first car the weight seems excessive. Secondly, and maybe I just don't remember the change, but they no longer have spicy bone-in chicken. Chicken fingers are in general are okay because they are white meat and more convenient to eat but that is not the issue I have. Not only is the bone in chicken that is spicy no longer available but the replacement is completely subpar. The chicken fingers look like some cheap stuff I could buy at a grocery store and cook in the oven myself. And when I say cheap stuff I'm talking about the fact that there is at least twice as much breading as there is chicken. And the spiciness doesn't taste like the same spicy of the old bone-in chicken used to have it tastes more like it just has a bunch of pepper in the batter or coating. To circle back to where I began today's rating is based on what I see as a trend or a pattern of going downhill. I hope this review doesn't fall on deaf ears because Bojangles used to be one of my favorite chicken places now it reached right up there with buying fried Chicken at a grocery store and sadly all things being equally flavorful. Let me rephrase that all things being equal in the lack of flavor. I would rather pay for grocery store chicken because...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in on 8-15-15 and was very impressed by the young lady working the front counter. Her name is Sparkle. She had a long line and she kept her cool while keeping a smile on her face. I used to work in the fast food industry and have not seen anybody work as efficient as Sparkle did in a very long time. Being from a different generation, seems like everywhere we go, someone is always seeming to be annoyed to wait on us but not this young lady. Her communication with the team in the back was spot on, asking for items for the counter before she even runs out. The Team in the back talked to her with much respect. She constantly went from the cash register to the service side of the counter helping each customer with much efficiency while deleting the orders processed as she went. I was actually dreading standing in such a long line but by the time I left I had a smile on my face because of seeing such exemplary customer service. I really hope Bojangles' has a program where they recognize such talented and efficient staff. This lady is a gem and I quickly see management material in her. By the way, I am usually the person that complains (such as telling drive thru customers they have to drive up and block the door in order to get their food) so I am very happy to share a very pleasant experience at this same store. Great...
