I don’t usually write reviews, negative ones at that, but today I had a bad experience. I live 5 mins from this location and go there many times a week. I get the same thing every time I go. First my coffee was wrong, which was fine because they fixed it. I ordered a chicken & bacon panini with my coffee, saw it rang in on the screen, and then paid accordingly. My cashier, Gigi, gave me a basil sandwich and when I said I asked for the sandwich I ordered, she got an attitude with me and told me they didn’t sell it at ALL, but keep in mind it is on the menu. I work in a restaurant so I know how running out of things goes, but there was no need for her to lie and said they didn’t carry it when I just got it the other day. I was very polite to her and just asked for my money back because I simply would not eat that. She shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, and made it known she was aggravated at me. after scanning my phone multiple times, I still never got my money back on my card which it is what it is because it’s only $7. I explained kindly to the barista that they have done it for me in the past and then I’m there almost every day and order it and it’s never been an issue the shift leader, then comes on through the speaker and says that it is in their policy that they are not allowed to do that. Why would you have done it in the first place if it was in your policy and I even work at a Starbucks . Read moreI wasn’t impressed with my experience today. In fact, there was no experience at all. One person (a very tall, Caucasian man) greeted me when I walked in. But it went downhill from there. I stood there for a long time waiting for help and no one even looked in my direction. I guess after that “routine” hello, I no longer existed to the staff. As such, I will take my order and my presence (since I was planning to sit and study) to the Starbucks on Harbour View Blvd. Hopefully, they’ll get it right the first time. I’m very disappointed!
