Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Suffolk

This really hurts me to share this info because this is my favorite place to eat at every morning!! They have the best bagels but this morning has been a really bad experience with the Suffolk one on bride rd.. Me and my husband decided to eat there this morning and we get the all nighters. He gets all nighter, but substitutes his bacon for turkey sausage, and get the green chile bun and cheese.. this morning it was totally wrong. They had put ham on it. No sausage and the bun was wrong so I took it back in. They remade both sandwiches. My sandwich had no sauce wasn’t even heated. The cheese wasn’t even melted. His was remade as well and I only had one piece of sausage had no sauce had bacon still on it and they had taken the bagel and cut the bottom off to reuse the bagel that was messed up. when I called back up there cause we live an hour away from this location the manager was very rude to me. I asked him could I just have a refund tomorrow when I come by there and I would bring the sandwich back he said we don’t do refunds we can remake the sandwich. Well, you remade the sandwich twice and never got it right so what makes you think I want you to remake me a third one he was disrespectful and rude. This is not somebody I want to start my morning off with on a daily and it really bothers me because we go there on a daily not if every day sometimes for breakfast and get our coffee this morning was...

As well as a full selection of beverages including Caribou Coffee Iced, cold brew, or hot. They also offer catering and delivery services. Einstein Bros. Bagels is the place to get your fix, if you're a transplant and missing your favorite bagel give them a try. I don't believe you will regret it. I recently tried out Einstein Bagels in Suffolk, Virginia, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed!!!!!

The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and a genuinely good combination of flavor & aesthetic! I was driving back home and was starved, and instead of going to another franchise, I tried them, and I am truly amazed and excited that I did.

What really surprised me, considering it’s a new business, was the spectacular service! The staff was on point, friendly, and made the entire experience delightful. I’m reading these other reviews and I’m wondering if they went to the same location, because everything looked fresh, everything, taste fresh, the young lady at the register was absolutely delightful and I wasn’t sure if I should pick the apple pie bagel or the cinnamon raisin, and she gave me a accurate description of which one I should try.
