Hampton Roads Crossing — Local services in Suffolk

Funny thing is it’s odd how all of a sudden a bunch of reviewers gave this place 5 stars base on location when a couple of months it was 2.0 stars. This place is a scam too expensive and definitely an unsafe location. If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. Since u can’t I’ll let y’all know be careful with these apartments there’s no security or safety no cameras and it’s very unsafe from attempted car jackings to gun shots. There’s no cameras in this location despite it saying it “under surveillance” which is a false statement. There’s cockroaches and homes less people who like to camp out and about especially under the stairs. The trash gets over full the management is unprofessional. One of the better apartment communities in the area for the price. Giving 5 stars despite the cons list because no place is perfect. Everything below is MY experience.

PROS: Price Gym/gym size Pool area (cabanas, games, grills, etc) Community Events Pet friendly (I don't have a pet, but a lot of people do) Location (3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants, 15 minutes to Norfolk, 20 minutes to Peninsula Town Center) Friendly leasing agents/property manager No issues with A/C or other appliances Tons of parking for guests Verizon Fios available Walkable surrounding area Safe

This is my go to place, BUT ever since the pandemic, it's not as good as it was customer service wise. I only order Greek salad, but as of late it's either NOT enough greens, NOT enough chicken or NOT enough feta cheese. I have asked the cashier before ordering to put extra greens. I don't have an issue paying extra, but NOTHING. They look at me like I'm asking something foreign. I spoke with Jamal (sp), and told him my latest ordering episodes.
