My mother used to work at this place. The work environment for her was nice-- she enjoyed working here and the benefits that Michaels gives in return for her service. The store itself, from a customer perspective, is good. Not the best I've seen, but it's good. Tiffany, a wonderful woman who was working the evening shift when we went one time, was very kind and seemed like an exceptional worker. A different cashier was talkative and started up a great conversation. Another worker working at Michaels for an interim period was very friendly and helped us talk through our purchase decision between two different but similar items. Aside from those exceptional workers, however, the service doesn't really stand out to me. The workers are good, but not spectacular. Some don't seem very passionate about being there. The store also tends to be a bit messy at times, especially in the Clearance section or by nighttime.
I hope to see more passionate workers and a cleaner store, but overall I must say I do like...

It was a BOGO so they just decided to skip the GO, leaving me to argue with customer service online to get what I actually ordered and paid for with the sale. Just went through my second pick up order today and was disappointed again. I bought several shirts. I got 4 that are neither the right size, nor the right color. How do you grab pink for blue and green? Skip an orange and grab a black? Now I have to go back again and hope they refund the wrong shirts (because again, they're not even the right sizes so I have zero use for them) or hope they have the shirts I actually ordered available to swap. Two incomplete, incorrect orders in 2 weeks. Not a great impression. Tried again 1/26/23. I've been waiting for my curbside order for 20 minutes. I guess I'll wake the grumpy toddler, get my stuff, fight to get him back in the truck, and remember never to use their order...
   Read moreI came in looking for a specific planner, I immediately checked the planner isle. Unfortunately no sign of the planner I was looking for. I found a young lady up a few isles who was extremely rude, and made me feel like I wasnât welcome as a customer. She said at least 2 times in front of me âugh I got stopped by a customerâ over the Walkie. I with surprise just asked if there is someone who can help me. She asked over an associate in the planner isle over the walkie and told me to go back to the planners and wait. I waited about 5-8 minutes to nobody coming to help me look at the above bins. I couldnât find 1 single associate for about 10 minutes walking around. I eventually found a nice lady with a brown apron by the frames, she was happy to help and find the planner I was hoping to find. Long line like always.
