Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sugar Hill

So after a horrible experience last time and a promise it would be better next time, my husband goes to pickup our order that says it will be ready in 15 mins to arrive and find out it will be another 15 mins bc they are busy with door dash orders. The manager then proceeds to inform my husband that door dash is priority over everything. He asked that our pizza not be rushed through bc last time not only was the order wrong but pizza was under cooked so what do they do push it through and give us under cooked pizza again that he has to ask to be put back in to fully cook. I have given them chance after chance, I won't be back and I will continue to vlast the unprofessional attitude of the employees and especially the manager who should have more customer service skills! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY UNDER COOK THEOR PIZZAS, PUT THE WRONG TOPPINGS ON AND PUT A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANY ABOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY COME TO...

We ordered last Thursday 1/10/19. Our order was simple, 2 medium pan 1 topping pizzas, pepperoni on 1 ,beef on the other and cinnamon rolls. We ordered online and were told 25-35 min. Tracking said it was out for delivery still haven’t received it after about 50 min. so we called. They told us they got the order wrong, they made hand tossed instead of pan on one of the pizzas so they had to remake.The pizza took 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Then when it finally arrived, the 2 pizzas they originally made were cold and the “fresh” pizza was under cooked. The driver said we would get the hand tossed for free because they messed up. So we ended up with 2 cold pizzas, one of them wrong and 1 “fresh” pizza they had to redo and it was undercooked... the only thing that was good were the cinnamon rolls by Cinnabon.... It's a pretty solid Pizza Hut. The staff are friendly and the food comes out hot and in a timely manner. In the past, their organization would have been questionable, but over the one and a half years since I've lived in Sugar Hill, their service has improved and and they've been consistent with delivering a satisfactory experience. Furthermore, what makes prompts me to give this Pizza Hut a 5 star review is the few times their staff has been extra homie. One time I asked for crushed red pepper, expecting them it to be free but Pizza Hut stopped offering red crushed red pepper in the form of a packet and now they offer it in a larger quantity in a form of a container with the cost of $1. The guy working there gave me this crushed red pepper for free and that has left a favorable impression of this...
