I was the only one there at about 7pm . I was not greeted even though she saw me standing and walking up to the counter. I asked if this was the full menu cause I did not see java chip since and she said "no is that all you want" in a bad attitude. I said no, Im just trying to see what else I would want to order". I asked what can i get with my gift card balance for like $3.86 for something and she said youre going to have to pay the differnce. I said thats fine, obviously I know even if its $1 , thats fine I know theres nothing at SB for $3 lol.
She just stood with a blank monotone voice and didnt even suggest anything or offer me the full menu while i looked on my phone she just stared at me. I said "thats fine ill just use the gift card at a later time". and she still didnt say have a nice day or anything. Like thatâs literally your job as a barista to create and suggest drinks ..along with the unfriendly attitude and tone if you dont like your job, then quit. She asked me twice if I wanted a receipt and when it didnât work the first time, she charged me a second time saying it wasnât authorized the first time. She charged me twice and the Manager Sandi said there was nothing she could do because I had already lost the receipt by the next day after i noticed I was charged twice.
The manager didnât even provide other solutions like calling customer service #. No sorry at all that she is poorly training people there.
Another thing, the Starbucks was not busy at all. I would understand if this was a mistake because of that but people do a poor job when they donât even want to be there in the first place.

I ordered a caramel frappe here yesterday and the server yelled loudly at me "what?!", then proceeded to make me a coffee without asking me what size and grabbed the smallest available cup. She never asked before hand what size cup I want, unlike all the other Starbucks I've been to. To rub salt in my wounds, when I came back to pick up my coffee, it tasted horrible, basically just cold water. There was barely any caramel on top whatsoever, and when I asked her about it, she said that "it's in there".
