Went during opening day. Spent $160 and the cashier got super cheap with giving me the FREE sprouts bags. He literally tried to stuff as much random things in (not in even in proper bagging methods) just so he wouldn’t use more bags; talk about counting pennies… that really put a sour taste in my mouth. Went to Trader Joe’s the next day and their cashiers are super trained in knowing how to property bag similar items together. I thought we needed 5 bags but the cashier who was obviously trained well and only used 2 (!!). It was pretty impressive. Take notes, Sprouts. Also saw a girl (who didn’t smell too good so I’m not sure how clean she was) put her hands inside one of the snack bulk bins and ran away and ate whatever snack she just “tasted”. No one said anything , no employee was in sight. Pretty gross and unsanitary. Thought we’d try this out because I love Sprouts and used to go all the time before we moved here. We liked the organic rotisserie chicken but other than that, not sure if we’ll be back for anything else. HEB is just down the street and has pretty much...
Read moreI was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service at Sprouts! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Every single employee I passed took the time to ask if I needed assistance. It wasn’t just polite; it felt sincere, like they genuinely cared about my experience. In all my years of shopping, I’ve never encountered this level of attentiveness and hospitality in any other store. It wasn’t just customer service, it was a masterclass in how to make customers feel seen, valued, and appreciated. Sprouts has truly set a new gold standard for customer care. Other retailers should be taking notes, this is...
Read moreI still like the one near the heights better and I miss the one off university. I’m there for speciality items, org vegg, as well as marked down gluten free bread and dairy free items that Whole Foods do not have. I wait for great sales on chips, nuts, fruits, and meats. But I’ll make the trip to the heights just for a better and larger selection of specialty things like imlakesh brand and better sales. Katy is decent too. Richmond is a new store so they probably won’t have good marked down meats...
