Literally, zero negative things to say about New Wink Lash. I luckily stumbled upon a Groupon last year here, and have been a customer ever since. Sydney is amazing at what she does and one of the very few people I trust to wax my eyebrows. itās so convenient getting my lashes and facial waxing at the same time. Sheās been doing my lashes the entire year and I get endless compliments from friends and strangers m!
Your first visit, make sure and touch the lash selections- the faux mink allows added volume and is SO soft. No itchy lashes like Iāve had before. They also sell reasonably priced makeup wipes and a lash protectant to help protect them from the environment they can cause early shedding.
The study is always spotless and every employee is so friendly! You get reminds bus text the day before so it makes it easy to confirm or reschedule. I drove back and was informed that I had to pay an additional $59 because I was given a 3D set rather than a full set. Had Amy communicated properly, I wouldāve been spared the inconvenience of driving back and wouldnāt have been left upset with an experience that was supposed to be both relaxing and exciting. Mid way through my appointment I let my technician, Tete, know that my eye was in pain, she then ignored me until I asked if she heard me then she passed me a fan and continued. After my appointment I called and asked for a manager to call me back, this was very early in the day and they ignored me and never called me back. I was in extreme pain the next morning and called them asking if they could just remove them. When I showed, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, constantly blaming me for the burn, telling me āitās probably bc your eyes are sensitive and you didnāt let us knowā and many different other things.
