The place was ok. The guy in the glasses at the register was not very personable and kept charging us for items we did not order and kept rushing us to order instead of giving us the time we needed to review the menu. This was frustrating. We did not like the fact that this Jason's deli kept running out of items and telling us that they didn't have any more of certain selections at the salad bar. Then, the wait for them to add something back at the salad 🥗 bar was too long. Keeping the salad bar stocked is a must when this is all that many people are eating. Also, it was very annoying to have workers standing around at the salad bar but not doing anything like stocking the bar when it's obvious that items are missing and need to be restocked. It's like they were just standing there in the way of customers as we were trying to get the salad items we needed from the salad bar. We had to bring this to the management attention because we had never experienced that before att Jason's deli, and we have visited many of these across the country. The manager Scott that helped us was very nice, down to earth, and cool and at least tried to help make the situation better. Some of the items that the workers kept telling us they had run out and had no more of Scott was able to go get and bring these items out for us so we could enjoy our dining experience. So the salad 🥗 attendees were giving customers falsified information is what we gathered from this occurrence because Scott did not have any trouble finding the items we were requesting. Scott even came out to check on us while we were dining to make sure we were ok and see if we needed anything else. Read moreUnfortunately I had a very disheartening experience with this location last night. I’ve been fighting the flu for 5 days now and finally got the energy and appetite to eat something. I called ahead to ask if they have a curbside option because I truly wouldn’t want anyone else to get sick. I was told they also have a drive thru! Perfect! So I drive 20 minutes away after placing my order and join the drive thru line which consisted of 2 cars in front of me. Cool I can wait. It’s just two cars right? But as I sat there it went from a 5 minute wait to like 12 minutes and the first car still hasn’t moved from the window. At this point I’m feeling really bad and just want to go home 🥲😩. So I called the store and explained that I’m sick if someone could please bring my order outside due to the long wait time at the window. The manager lacked any kind of compassion and told me he doesn’t allow his girls to come out at night. I completely understand that but what about you??? When I came to the register there was one person in front of me and when I tell you her transaction was slow and taking all day but I waited patiently. The cashier answered questions for her, handled her with kid gloves and there was another employee who had just finished a transaction on the other register so I thought he would take my order since I had been waiting for a while but NO he did not. So I finally get to the register and place my order, not only did I feel rushed but the cashier was giving me a total and I had to ask for my drink and dessert to be added. Really!? When he just spent 15 minutes coddling the previous customer. On top of that, another customer comes into the door as I'm at the register and guess what happens, the other employee comes to the other register and takes their order.
