UPDATE:
The owners at jus+bol handled this situation very well and I truly feel valued as a loyal customer. They called me immediately after this review was made to apologize and had me come back in for my bowl and juice. This is how itās done and they do have a loyal customer in me. Their food never lacks quality and is super healthy thatās why itās one of my favorite spots!
I truly love the quality of food in this establishment and I come here everyday for my breakfast bowl and juices I probably spend over $100 weekly at this establishment. As they have been open longer their customer service has tanked. I just had to leave after rude treatment by one of the staff members as I asked for extra granola in my bowl.The workers normally will put about 2 spoons worth in and today this employee put the smallest bit in so I kindly asked for a bit extra and she says that she can only put a ālittle moreā This has not been the first time that I have felt that the service was poor but I continued to frequent them because I do love their bowls. I now feel like I have reached my limit and will not tolerate poor treatment as someone who is a frequent customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here twice already, and I really do like their products, BUT recently, I ordered two smoothies and an aƧaĆ bowl, and they didnāt make one of our smoothies. We waited 20-30 minutes for it, only for them to still not have made it (and literally no one was making it till we ask...). Communication between the team is terrible, and with how long it takes to make each item, I honestly donāt know how they manage when it gets busy. This will be the last time Iām coming here, to be honest. It sucks because their items are good, but wow, the service has always been mediocre.
Also, to the guy who was wearing a suit (Iām assuming heās the owner?), when I asked you to add an extra smoothie, you didnāt even check with your team to see if they were making a double. So yeah, if you come in hereā¦they didnāt hear your order correctly or you somehow want an extra item? The aƧaĆ bowl was pretty good and I usually get the same order each time and then all of a sudden they told me they donāt do things that way. I ask for a small in a medium cup and donāt mind paying for the medium size but itās what I prefer since it overflows and melts quick. The guy had a lot of attitude and started to interrogate me saying heās there Monday through Saturday and theyāve never done that. Iāve gotten the order multiple times as well have my friends. I felt gaslit and extremely disrespected. He got the owner involved and they were both just trying to make me describe who it was that gave me the order like that, obviously iām not going to remember each time someone takes my order on who it is, but I have gotten it that way for months now and all of a sudden they tell me they canāt do it which is fine but to have an attitude and trying to interrogate someone isnāt okay and itās sad to say that I wonāt be coming back here again after that...
