I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Richmond, TX location on 10/8/24 6:35pm. I value the products and services your company provides, but my recent experience at the drive-thru left me feeling frustrated and disrespected.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, I noticed that there was only one young lady attending to the two lines of cars. It was evident that she was overworked and frustrated, which I understand happens during busy times. However, at one point, she stepped inside, leaving the drive-thru unattended. After waiting for some time without any further assistance, I decided to pull up to the window to place my order directly.

At the window, another young lady approached and asked if she could help me. I explained that I wanted to order a Jolly Elf and shared that I had not been able to order at the speaker due to the previous employee stepping away. Instead of offering a solution, she rudely told me that I should have waited. Her tone and lack of courtesy were both unnecessary and frustrating, and as a result, I decided not to place my order.

I was deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with reasonable service, especially when I make the effort to remain patient in challenging circumstances. I was prepared to spend my hard-earned money, but I now feel hesitant to return.

I hope that you will take the time to address this issue with your staff, particularly with regard to proper customer service and the importance of maintaining a respectful and helpful attitude, even in busy or stressful moments. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to prevent similar situations in the future.

Swig has quickly become a daily stop for my wife and me, and we absolutely love it! No matter what we order, the drinks are consistently delicious, fresh, and exactly what we need to get through the day.

What really stands out at this location is the staff. Rain or shine, they are always so friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to visit a place where the employees seem to truly enjoy what they’re doing, and it definitely shows in the service. We’ve been coming here almost daily for a while now, and we’ve never had a single disappointment. The service is quick, even during busy times, which we really appreciate.

Swig has a great variety of drinks, and whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, fruity, or refreshing, they’ve got you covered. Their menu offers something for everyone, which makes it a fun stop each time. If you’re looking for a fun, friendly, and quick stop to grab an amazing drink, this Swig location is where it’s at. Great drive-thru soda spot with a wide selection of creative dirty soda concoctions to satisfy any sweet tooth. Very customizable too! Our favorites are the Texas Tab and Island time, though we have enjoyed other ones too. Keep in mind that these are indeed quite sweet - but that's what you wanted right?

I would recommend looking at the menu ahead of time as ordering usually occurs before you can see the menu outside, and there is a lot of choices. Service is usually very quick, but lines can get a little long every now and then, especially when they offer one of their seasonal deals.
