I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at this location. I've been a long-time customer and have noticed a decline in the overall experience.

In particular, I've found the attitude of some of the staff working at the register to be condescending, resulting in a negative customer service experience. I'm especially concerned about the service provided by the short, Hispanic gentleman working during the opening hours. Additionally, the store is often not ready at opening time.

A Japanese food place in the First Colony Mall. Good for quick meal/stomach-filler while on the go. There's a special for each day where you pay a little bit less than the other meals of the day. There's also a program deal where you're given a card and it gets stamped every time you buy a full meal and when your card's aquares are fully stamped it qualifies you for a free meal of your next purchase. What I like about this, is that it does not have a time limit unlike other stores where you have to get your card stamped at a given timeframe. I love the chicken...

Yelpers reported that it was close however when I got here it was open and I was able to order food from here so it’s not closed, I love it nice and juicy I will say that the prices have gone up I got this for nine dollars with no drink or anything extra.
