The people here here tried to short us a happy meal. I showed the receipt and they argued. We sat waiting for them to get it. Someone came from the back and told us maybe they put 2 happy meals in one box and to give it back. We looked. That was a lie too. And it doesn’t even make sense.
Finally after arguing forever they brought us happy meal food, but not in a box and without a toy. But we paid for the toy and told them to get the box and toy. They argued again and after another 5 minutes came with a box and generic toddler toy. The person at the window kept blaming everyone in the back. We tried to get them to give us a real toy but he wouldn’t.
My wife asked what was wrong and asked why they were so slow. At which point he snapped at my wife and said “you’re slow!” I had enough and drove off missing the toy we paid for before it escalated anymore.
The whole shift working 12/11 at 9:40pm should be fired. I was a shift manager at a McDonald’s in high school. My wife used to work there too. Correcting this situation takes 10 seconds. Open a box, put 4 nuggets, fries, apple slices, 2 napkins, and a toy inside, and hand it out the window and move on to the next car. I have no idea why that was so hard.
On top of that, grill ignored the “ketchup only” on my son’s cheeseburger so I got to listen to him cry all the way home. And the shake machine was broken.

I was trying to tell her it was a table service but she didn't hear it. So I raised my voice. She still didn't know I was talking to her. So I walked up to the counter. Again, he surprised by saying nothing but "you shouldn't be rude" with a stern face all the time when I was talking with him. My senior friend helped me by explaining again what happened in his view. The lady at the intercom would not speak and make made me wait at least 3 minutes before she replied. Like she would say hi and then when I spoke she wouldn't reply back for a good while. Then I got to the window where the guy did not speak in english at all. He still managed to be rude to me and when I told him he made my drink wrong he made it wrong the second time again. Then the manager lady Came and try to tell me how to Order a coffee and then she said she'll have to charge me extra for the syrup. It was just a French Vanilla Ice coffeeBut she charged me extra anyway. I don't think it even had a charge So she charged me for "extra sauce packets". I paid at this point and she dropped my credit card onto the driveway to be spiteful.
