Management here is a joke. We arrived to an automated system taking our order. It got it wrong. They get an in-person cashier to come on the system. Ordered a number 9, three crunchy tacos, and a beefy burrito.
Got to the window, got our food, and we were missing items. The order was incorrect. It wasn’t matching the receipt at all. We tell them it wasn’t right. We said we are missing one of the crunchy tacos and we have one too many soft tacos. The number 9 comes with two supreme crunchy tacos, they said we didn’t get supreme… even though I said if you look at the picture on your menu it shows them both as a supreme.
We gave them back the soft taco, and instead of them correcting it, we hear the kid in the background saying he gave us the right food and we can just “take this taco”.
After, hearing that we asked for a refund, and the kid walks off saying “I don’t have time for this”. Now I’m livid. The manager I’m assuming in the button down says “he refunded the money” and I asked him for a receipt. He keeps reiterating that he refunded it.
I said I need a refund receipt, when you go to a store and return they give you a copy of a receipt for proof.
He hands me a copy of my first receipt. My wife says does it say refund and I said no, it doesn’t. So how they ignored me when we just wanted this $21 food, I rolled my window up and sat there.
Then the First Lady we were talking with came back to the window and I asked for a refund receipt. They were able to produce it then. I addressed the kid with the horrible attitude and drove back to the front to type up this review and the manager locked the door. I’ve been sitting here for about 5-10 minutes and I guess they now feel threatened.
Management and the crazy kid in the establishment need to be relieved of their roles. Complete embarrassment and lack of intellectual depth. Fix the food the way the customer ordered it and don’t go back and forth with the customer when you’ve been paid for a service and screwed the order up. The receipt was exactly the way we ordered it and they couldn’t even get it right.
Even rounded up to give to the school and didn’t get the $0.27 back. Not a big deal but it’s the principal.
Also, the number 9 comes with two supreme tacos. We asked for one soft and one crunchy. He tells us we they can’t just give us a supreme taco. I told him well your menu is wrong because it shows that it does come with the works (sour cream, lettuce and tomato). They told me I was wrong. Read moreThis was the worse experience I have ever had at Taco Bell establishment. My Spouse and I visited this store on a Sunday evening. We ordered a number 2, a big chicken burrito supreme, and a number 9. Upon arriving home after driving 20 minutes from the location we discovered the order was completely wrong. We had a bag filled with five bean burritos and a Nacho Supreme.
I contacted the store and explained the issue to the Female Employee who answered the call. She proceeds to laugh at the matter so I requested to speak with the Manager. He took my name and total for my order then told me I could return one day this week to make the order right or get a refund.
I returned on today and stood at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged. I noticed an employee in the back laughing and talking with a person sitting at a table and another employee in the back at the food counter. I requested help from the employee in the back and she came to retrieve my receipt. I asked did she need my name and she responded with no worries, I'll just make the order. Fifteen minutes goes by and still did not have an order. The manager who had been sitting inside of an SUV laughing and talking with someone entered the store and asked me what I needed. I explained the situation to her and in an arrogant manner she asked who did I talk to. I explained to her my name was on a board and my receipt was provided to the employee. She went on to say if I did not know the name of the manager, I could not have my order replaced. I notified her she should refer to the schedule from Sunday night to gain the information she felt I should have or ask my name to check the board.
Another ten minutes went by and I inquired about my order. They proceeded to ignore me. However, customers of other races came into the place and we're assisted right away. I demanded a response at which point she stated she was looking at the schedule from yesterday and not Sunday but had figured it out and the order was being worked on. I waited another fifteen minutes and finally became upset and advised I would be writing this review and contacting the corporate office. It was then she laughed and told me do as I wish but nothing would result from it. Finally they gave me the order. I inquired about the drinks on the receipt and she responded with they would not be replacing them for the inconvenience caused. I asked for my receipt and she claimed they had no idea where it was. I notified her I refused to leave without my receipt. Finally they produced my receipt in the manner the picture is displayed.

After receiving part of my order, I was told to park and wait for the rest. I waited patiently in the parking lot for 15 minutes without any update. When I returned to the drive-thru to check on my food, I spoke with a young woman and asked for her name so I could submit a complaint. Instead of assisting me professionally, she began arguing and initially refused to provide her name. Eventually, she stated her name was “Nicole,” though my receipt lists the cashier as “Keysee P.” I ultimately received the remainder of my order at 10:03 AM—more than 30 minutes after my initial transaction.
