Terrible service. No one behind the counter seemed to know what was going on. Also could not tell who was the manager they all seemed to have been pretty rude to me. Except the one guy that was out in the Lobby sweeping. He actually tried to be helpful but all of the girls behind the counter seemed to try to speak over him and voice their opinions and make excuses for all of their issues. It was getting close to closing and I went outside to put my stuff in my car. I realized I did not have my receipt so I went back in to get it. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to go back out of the store when I told them all I wanted was my receipt they asked me why did I need it. Then I said well then just give me the corporate number and they all seem to scatter and go hide behind the counter. I know not to expect much from McDonald's at times but when you can't figure out who the manager even it is and everyone is rude they cross the line. As I was sitting here writing this review I saw one up the young guys that was at the register get off of work and when he came outside to get in his vehicle I heard him say damn I hate this job. Lol. He actually seemed like a nice person. I just I expect a little more from a McDonald's in this area.
This is 4 days later and this is a new post or update. I wanted to give this place a second chance because they are so close to my work and figured everyone is entitled to a mistake now and then. But again coming was a mistake. The food might have eventually been right but I went through the drive-thru because I did not want to have some sort of seen because I was going back and if they had read the review the way they had acted before I wouldn't be surprised if they raised their voice towards me. Upon ordering there was really no problem but when I got up to the window the lady asked me if I had the chicken sandwich I told her no because I had ordered a McDouble and a large Sprite nothing similar in that at all. I told her that I had a McDouble and a Sprite this lady walked away and then came back and told me my total. I gave her my card before I got my food and she walked away with that from the window. The other lady came up to the window and ask to me if I had gotten my food yet. I told her know that I was waiting. It was unbelievable to me because at this time the McDonald's was actually closed so there could have not been more than three or four employees in there. Do these two girls communicate at all? Is there some sort of fight or disagreement with them going on that is affecting customers? I would love to know answers to these questions. Before I started to make this post I checked my e-mail to see if maybe corporate had emailed me back apologizing for the issue. I saw no such response. Does anyone oversee this place? Does anyone from corporate even care that this place is doing so terrible? I am not the type of person to normally complain but if you do a horrible job I don't have a problem placing a quick post, like you see in my first post. Usually the issue is resolved by the next visit or at least it does not happen again. Nowadays a lot of corporate restaurants keep an eye on their reviews because they know that other people look at these and they are important. I Googled most of the places that I go to just to get an idea of who I am dealing with. Please someone respond to this post corporate or even just a normal customer and tell me if you've had the same experience. If corporate please explain why this is still going on. I am the general manager of another restaurant and this would not fly from one of my employees or from me. I know if my corporate heard about anything like this I would at least be getting a strongly-worded phone call. I am not asking for anyone to have action taken against them I just want the issues fixed so that when I get off at night if I would like to have a burger I can go here and feel comfortable knowing that it's going...
Read moreLet me start off by saying i rarely eat McDonald's anymore, but last night was one of those occasions. As I passed by this Nice Looking Brick exterior McDonald's I thought to myself, wow this McDonald's looks nice, it must be a good one. Completely fooled by its appearance I lined up in the drive through to grab a quick bite. Once I got to the speaker I had to say "hello" at least three times (with 10 seconds in between each greeting) before I heard a voice on the other end. I was very rudely asked what I wanted. You could clearly tell by the tone in the woman's voice that she did not want to be there. After every item that I asked for she felt determined to add "is that it?" in her snarky tone. When I got to the payment window once again the cashier was nowhere to be found. She finally showed up, and i was able to pay. The next window was quick and I made it a point to double check to make sure everything is in the bag since I have been burned in the past by forgetful employees. My son preferred Canes so we made a quick stop afterward to canes. While on the way there I took a sip of the Sprite that I ordered. Many times in the past I have tastes the carbonated water that comes out of these soda machines when the employees forget to refill the syrup for each drink. This time it seemed like they had been serving carbonated water for well over most of the day. There was not a hint of a sprite flavor in this cup of bubbles. I shrugged it off and told myself I would pass by and let them know so they don't have this issue with other customers and I'll grab my refill as well. When I got back to McDonald's I came to find out the lobby was closed due to some "renovations" that were supposed to go on (no where in sight). I went back through the drive through and was once again was asked what I wanted by the rude woman. I told her that her sprite machine was out and asked if anyone has let them know to replace it yet (it had been 15 minutes since I left). She said "hold on" and I assume went to go check on it. After a few seconds she returned to notify me "we are out of sprite". What does that even mean? There are no syrup refills. The inventory manager waited until absolutely the last moment to reorder and forgot to? More likely I think the employees did not want to go through the trouble of changing the syrup for sprite. I doubt they even let people know after me that it was "out" and likely served carbonated water for the rest of the evening. I waited in this entire line for her to give me a coke in lieu of the sprite. Time wasted. Once we finally sat down to eat our meal we were completely disappointing with the food.* I never in my life have had an entire McDonald's order that tasted this bad.* Everything from the fries to the burgers were made so half-assed that everything was spilling out from the burgers that we so overcooked they were drier than the bread. One of our fries had what it seems like a lb of salt and the other has none. Both were as soggy as you can imagine. This was BY FAR my WORST experience with ANY fast food restaurant I had ever had in the 28 years of my existence. I would NOT recommend stopping at this place to even use the restroom.
TLDR; HORRIBLE service from EXTREMELY RUDE employees, AWFUL food/fries/drinks. WASTE of time/money/patience. STAY AWAY FROM...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The racism is through the roof each time I I go to this location today. I visited this location to make an order on my lunch break and I asked for was the McDonald’s franchised or corporate? Then proceeded to ask for the corporate number from the manager Roxanne. Roxanne asked me what was the problem. I did not want to discuss what was my problem at the moment because I knew that she wasn’t going to take my concerns seriously so I’d rather just talking directly to the GM or to the district manager. Roxanne kept asking me what was the problem so I gave in and I decided to let her know that each and every time that I come to this McDonald’s I have a problem. For instance, the young man let her know that I was at the front to take a order it took her 10 minutes to stop what she was doing to come take my order. Instead of Roxanne acknowledging the problem and seeing what they can do to make my experiences better she tells me that maybe I should spend my money somewhere else and stop coming to this McDonald’s.Number one I work in the same parking lot as that McDonald’s so for me to go out of my way to try to find another McDonald’s it’s very inconvenient. Number two for a manager to say that to a customer that i should spend my money at another location and I spend money with this frequently is outrageous. I then asked to speak to another manager that was there, which was Marco supposedly the general manager, he comes to me and asked me what is the problem or is there a problem? I told him no there is no problem, but when I said the word BUT Marco decided that he didn’t wanna hear anything else that I said, turned around mid sentence and walked away from me. I have never experienced this level of disgusting customer service ever in my life as a former employee of McDonald’s, I am highly disappointed in each encounters. Especially today that I have with this McDonald’s from cold food to food being destroyed because of Miss proper handling to the wrong items to just down to the customer service to be told that I should spend my money at another McDonald’s and to be walked away from when expressing my concerns is very highly disappointing, and I would like to for a district manager or regional manager to reach out to me regarding this matter I asked several times for a number they told me that was on the receipt that is only cause to the actual location so I will be needing a actual phone number to reach out to a general or regional manager. If I do not receive a response within 24 to 48 hours, I will be taking this till I...
