Justspresso Coffee — Restaurant in Sugar Land

We travel a lot and I always love to visit local coffee joints instead of chain stores. Excited to try this new coffee shop, husband ordered the tiramisu latte and I ordered my standard breve latte. I prefer none flavored drink to truly taste the coffee. The guy handed us the first drink and we think we heard him say “tiramisu”, hubby had a sip and it tasted like what the description says. As I was waiting for my breve, I saw him going thru different syrup bottle and pumped something into my cup. I probably should’ve stopped or asked him right there and then but I didn’t. Got my drink and of course it tasted syrupy, so I took a sip of my husband’s drink to make that was not my breve and it wasn’t. I looked at my receipt to make sure I didn’t say the wrong drink and it says “caffe latte” Didn’t wanna make a big deal, but the flavoring was just too strong, can’t really taste the coffee. It is very uncoordinated and messsy ! It was a bit disappointing to have our cashier leave us hanging without telling us he would be back in just a few seconds. It was crowded inside, I found justspresso through instagram but I did not know that it was inside Alpha Desserts. I thought it was going to be a regular coffee shop, but I turned out to have been mistaken. This drink was okay, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. This is definitely not a place I will return to! * they forgot one of our drink I think if we never told them I think we finna b waiting...

I got the caramel coconut latte which was supposed to be the least sweet option but this is just an espresso with a whole lot of artificial syrups thrown in. The espresso it self is good but the specialty drinks are just sugary syrups and then watered down with ice. If you want good coffee this is not the place unfortunately. It also shares a location inside another restaurant which is odd. The place is a indo hybrid so it would have been nice to see speciality coffees on brand like a kulfi latte or rooh afza...
