Casual ambience, decent looking place with plenty of tables and enough space so it's not crowded. You can order at the front and they'll call you when it's ready, usually around 5 mins. Quiet place with booths and tables alike so you'll have a fine stay. ( Food Quality )
Truffle Mushroom Swish Big ($7.69): A pretty good angus beef burger with an incredibly pungent mushroom scent. Although it smells strong, the smell doesn't linger in your mouth when you're eating, so you'll be able to enjoy the quality of their beef. Not a bad burger overall, the only problem is the small portion for such a high price, I was still hungry after eating.
BBQ Bacon Cheddar Big ($7.69): Pretty delicious burger with tender beef, crunchy bacon, and a mouthful of flavor. The beef here is really good, and combined with their bacon and cheddar cheese, it performs an addictive massage in your mouth. Sadly, the portion was not big enough to please the stomach. The prices here are pretty fair for some quality beef burgers, the only issue I have is how the price doesn't really connect with the small size of the burger. Also, the staff here was not very considerate when it came to service. My friends and I were eating and suddenly one of their workers came by and started patching up the table, cleaning the condiments, asking us to move this, move that, bring her this, put this back, all while we were still eating our meal. Her approach was pretty inappropriate as we should be able to enjoy our meals without any interruptions. Other than that, everything else went fine and drinks are self serve. Recommendations: BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger ($7.69), pretty good angus burger with a very meaty flavor. Perfect for those who want some quality beef with a nice crunch of cheesy bacon.

Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at Smashburger store #1049 in Sugarland, TX. Not only did I have to wait for an hour to receive my food, but when it finally arrived, I discovered that my order was incomplete. A fry was missing, and to make matters worse, there were hairs on my burger!
When I asked to speak with the manager about these issues, he started yelling at me instead of addressing the problem professionally. Despite my dissatisfaction, the manager, whose name I believe is Joshua, refused to give me a refund and instructed me to talk to Kevin with an email. Such poor customer service is highly unacceptable.
I strongly advise against visiting Smashburger store #1049 in Sugarland, TX. The lack of hygiene in their food preparation and the disrespectful behavior of their manager ruined my dining experience entirely. I will never return to this poorly managed establishment.
the manager wearing a black shirt on picture, was completely unacceptable. Not only did he yell and cuss at me in front of other customers, but he did so without attempting to resolve the issue at hand.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial to receive prompt and courteous assistance from a manager when faced with such issues. It is evident that the manager in question lacks the necessary training in customer service skills or, at the very least, failed to exercise them appropriately.
I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and take the appropriate steps to ensure this sort of behavior is not repeated. It is imperative that all staff members, especially those in managerial positions, understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service. Should further training or re-evaluation be necessary, I sincerely hope that it is properly administered.

Workers were impersonal and rude. No smiles. Apathetic. Sluggish. Lackadaisical.
I already hadan interesting exchange with the young man at the register negate he was confused about promotions and the app. But before then, he stood there looking coerced to work there and i watched his he interacted with the lady before me. He was cold and not vibrant and off-putting.
I ordered a burger and fries. After NOT telling me there was a wait on fries. I'm just standing there clueless. A few minutes go by and I inquire about the fries. The female snapped at me insisting that they're cooking. Ok... why wasn't I told that 5 min ago. Mind you... my burger had been out this entire time getting colder and colder. Still waiting and just decide to play around on my phone. Finally, it comes out a few minutes later and the female gets the bag, plops it in front of me without saying a word and walks away. I was completely appalled bendy I never fixed fussed about my wait time, never frowned at them, and never raising my voice even once. There were two customers at the time aside from me. There were any 5 men in the kitchen. Plus the female, plus a manager AND the young man who took my order. I had an order of fries the to nearly 12 minutes to make while my once hot burger became an icicle on the counter. How is ANY of this my fault? I slightly shook my head and took my bag and sat down. The tables had a sheen of old, dirty water it was supposedly cleansed with and it was sticky. There was old, hard food on the ketchup packages INSIDE my bag and ATOP my fries. What joy.
