Smoothie King — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The service was awful from the start—the staff seemed uninterested and had a bad attitude, like they didn’t care about helping customers at all. The smoothies we ordered were poorly made, tasting off and thrown together without care. To make matters worse, the store didn’t seem clean; it definitely didn’t feel like hygiene was a priority here.

When we tried to pay with cash towards the end of the night, we were told they don’t accept it, which was frustrating since there was no clear sign about this. On top of that, they refused to make bowls and rudely suggested we go to a different store if we didn’t like it. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location—it’s disappointing that Smoothie King would allow a store like this to operate with such poor service and...

My advice for some people that go to any Smoothie King local areas 1st try to call them in person to find out if they are open sometimes they are close for some other type of reasons so I so I cannot say nothing much about smoothie kis Smoothie King application The only thing I could say is Smoothie King of it's Smoothie King also needs to fix some of the stuff on their system if the employees are not coming in to work or the store is close for any purposes Or if it has to do something about the system that is giving some sort of errors If any Smoothie King local areas are not doing your stuff correctly they might be new on the job it's OK if anybody will make mistakes not on...

0 STARS The lack of customer service is very disturbing. I've come here for many years and it's just getting worse.

I order multiple drinks and was given the wrong size, so I asked to make sure she remake it since I had this issue in the past and she guaranteed she was, she "remade" the drink in like a few seconds and was flavorless and so water down.

So she said she will remake it again for the third time but at this point I no longer felt comfortable waiting on my drink and dealing with the attitude.
