This is the second time I've been to this specific Dunkin and it was terrible. The first time I ordered 3 drinks at the speaker by the time I drove to window, they were sitting there. I know the color of the 2 drinks that I ordered, these were darker than dark. The other drink was a small and it was full of ice right to the top. One iced coffee was suppose to be caramel. I brought it home for my nephew, he took one sip and poured it out in the sink. Mine was suppose to be Butter Pecan iced. It was terrible. I tasted no butter pecan at all. I gave it to my husband to drink. Today, I ordered on the mobile app and I get there, they have no large cups and ask me if I want a medium and a small. She hands me the small and it looks perfect, she hands me the medium and it's darker than dark. I had to ask for extra cream and liquid sugar in a cup. I'm waiting there for my bagel and they didn't know I ordered one. She told me to pull up front. I waited about 5 minutes for my bagel and a cup of liquid sugar. Read moreI'm only giving one star year as you're required to leave a star to write a review. This place BLOWS. I just went for their gas and for coffee @ the attached Dunkin' Donuts. I approached the gas station two teenage employees were laughing loudly not paying attention I had to stand there for about a minute until I was noticed. After getting gas, at the Dunkin' Donuts stand another teenage employee had a lengthy customer before me who she flirted with then during my entire transaction giggled and kept interrupting me to converse with them (behind me) and tell them to shut up. I even complimented her tacky nails. This employee then messed up my order, forgot one of my coffees and gave me the coffees black, so I had to return to the store with the black coffees to which were then laughed at and given a bag of a couple of travel creamers. Then they had to ring multiple transactions- STILL made the one drink all wrong. Finally a manager comes over, assesses the situation, and her solution?? While there are unhappy customers speaking to her?? Oh.. she decided to charge us THIRTY SEVEN CENTS for the oatmilk THEY FORGOT! I work in the food industry- and I can absolutely promise you that if a kitchen or front of house staff member makes a mistake- not once, but twice- the CUSTOMER does NOT PAY for that mistake.
