Sandwiches are a main part of my diet and favorite thing to eat... so this place is my new favorite sandwich spot! The prices are reasonable and dare I say cheaper than Subway/Togo's since they have gotten expensive. Also, these folks are higher quality and I prefer supporting non-chain establishments/franchises. I love the house spread and always have to have that on my sandwich. My go-to is the turkey and salami. I can't wait to try the soups and salads. The service is great. I often use a delivery service for my orders here and when they were out of salami they gave me double turkey instead and a cookie with an apology note--my heart melted and I am now a super fan of this place. Upon entering the store, I noticed that all employees were located in the rear of the establishment. A young teenager emerged from the back room. I observed her lack of welcoming demeanor, as she simply indicated that I was on my break and directed me to the back room. It would have been more professional for her to inform me that someone would be available to assist me shortly. Her behavior exhibited a lack of courtesy and rudeness. Im so confused by this place. On their website , it opens at 7 AM, yet I've stopped by here at least 3 different times around 8 AM, and they're locked.

Despite this inconvenience, I've eaten here 3 other times, and it's been good but inconsistent. I've had the caprese sandwich twice, and one time, they made it correctly with fresh mozzarella and the other time with provolone slices.

I don't recommend this place for the morning, based on my interaction. Don't rely on them for your morning coffee or breakfast. I would assume lunch...
