I went to this location today on an Uber Eats assignment and it was the worst experience.
The cashier Beverly had myself and a few other customers waiting in line as if we didn’t exist. As we patiently waited, she continued doing other things, which last for a about 5 minutes or longer until I was forced to ask if she was coming back to the register. Instead of her doing so, she literally largely ignored me and continued doing what she was doing forcing 1 customer to depart from the restaurant and me asking for a manager. As Erica approached the front counter, she was apologetic for Beverly poor behavior. However, it still doesn’t justifies an employee disgruntle behavior. While I was talking to Erica, she became hostile and confrontational causing Erica to have her go in the back. I was baffled as well as other employees. After witnessing such hostility, anger and unprofessionalism, I strongly hope Erica, as the manager will reprimand her. Because if she doesn’t, such poor behavior will continue.
I hope the Regional Manager will review the camera and take action because she is a poor representative of Wendy’s. She created a hostile work environment and her attitude is destructive. Such behavior shouldn’t be allowed or tolerated.

Read moreI love Wendy's let me start off by saying that I go to Wendy's almost every day to get a grilled chicken sandwich plain every time I go there my chicken sandwich is burnt when you eat burnt food it tastes burnt I'm not paying almost $6 for a grilled chicken sandwich that is burnt every single time I get it not only is it burnt when it's burnt it's tough you will bite the sandwich and leave part of the sandwich on the bread because it can't be bit because it's so tough again I love Wendy's grilled chicken sandwiches it just need the right person to prepare it and you can complain to management all you want to then fix your sandwich that one time and when you come back it'll be burnt again like they don't know how to cook food or need to be retrained went to Wendy's again now not only was my sandwich burnt he gave me two different sandwiches and both of them was burnt I gave them back he gave me another sandwich that I had to wait 11 minutes for and the bread had black stuff on it like the pan that he cooked the chicken in was so dirty that they left black stuff on the chicken and when he put the bread on it it went on to the bread I have pictures that I'm going to put down here with my statement if the black stuff is not from a dirty pan can someone tell me...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this location. I went through the drive through and got a salad. Rushing back to work I didn’t look at my salad. When I do sit down ready to eat they gave me a salad with just tomato’s ! Called the store and talked to the SV she said okay bring it back I’ll give you the right one ! I couldn’t make it because I’m at work like they are at work. My sister go to get my salad they make a big deal like I just didn’t get off the phone, then the SV goes to say we put chicken in it and it’s somebody ate out of it. Then goes to say we looked at the cameras. So now y’all saying I’m lying over a 9 dollar salad ? And just chicken? Stop lying ! Instead of taking accountability for messing up my meal and just replacing it ? They was loud, on the phone, no hair nets just nasty ! I called CS & now waiting to hear from a GM ! I’ll be back with an update.
