There is one employee at this location, a bald guy with glasses, who is impatient and rude. If you need a second to decide on a flavor of vape, his impatience is almost palpable. We continued to give them occasional business despite this... until this morning. The store opened at 7am. We pulled up at 6:55. The "open" sign was on, but we decided to wait until 7 to go in. Maybe they left the sign on- that's happened there before. Also, the place doesn't open until 7, so we just decided to follow the rules. First the came up to the window and looked hard at us. Okay, dude, we'll be inside in a couple of minutes. Another minute passed and he came back to the window, made a few impatient gestures, then stepped outside to look at the "open" sign. Upon seeing that it was on, he looked back at us and rolled his eyes, then pulled the chain on the sign to make the border flash. We backed out of there and went to ZX up the street for my girlfriend's vapes. They have a wider selection and are cheaper, anyway. This business lost out on about $60 because of this rude employee. Someone in charge may want to evaluate his employment. I'm certain we're not the only ones he has chased off. We will never give them any...

Well, I went through the drive thru to get cigars and cigarettes, as I always do. The employee who came to the window wasn't very polite or attentive to me. I was going to hand her an empty cigar box to ensure that she brought the correct one to me, and she just turned and walked away. She then didn't ask for my rewards number, she didn't offer me a receipt, and I had to have her go back and get the correct cigars that I originally asked for. I had to get another flavor and she took her time going to get them. When she came back, she just said here you go and handed me the box. By the time I was done, there were several people in line behind me. I thought she was very unprofessional. I never had that happen to me before, at...

Why are they always so rude? Mostly the men that work there are. When you walk in and before you can even say anything they're rude and snappy. They have even snapped and been rude to customers behind me before anyone can say anything. After 3 bad experiences of workers being rude without having even saying anything to them will not be going back. Very disappointed. Maybe customer service jobs aren't a good fit for you guys.
