This location offers mobile order and pick up and kiosk or counter ordering within the establishment. The dining facility is modern and newly constructed so it is clean. One of the bathrooms is difficult to close and lock because the bolt is not perfectly aligned in its installment and there is no handle on the inside of the main door.
The food was fine at this location. However, I placed an order at the kiosk three times and it told me it lost connection and I had to start over each time. Then I had to go to the counter to confirm my order and payment went through. It had indeed gone through, and she read the order to me to include the special instructions to remove the lettuce and add extra onions. Dissapointingly, the burger was not made to order.
While I was waiting for my food to be prepared, we heard an employee making violent and loud wrenching noises from the kitchen -- like vomiting. I approached the counter quickly to see if anyone was truly getting sick. It repeated on multiple occasions. One of the employees a couple minutes later appeared to nearly pass out while filling a soda. Another employee ran to his aid and started calling for help, but the manager had said a few minutes earlier that she was going to sit in her car and chill for a bit. Im not sure if she was still inside, but she did not respond. I approached and I quiet if anyone was actually sick, because we had a member in our party with a compromised immune system. It appears the staff may have been making the noises to pick on and upset another employee.

I ordered a baconator meal, cheese only. That order took over half an hour, and they Still got it wrong (came with everything on it). Every single order that they put out while I was waiting was returned for something(s) being wrong. I didn't get a straw with my drink, but I didn't have another 20 minutes to waste to get one either. Totally incompetent, total waste of time, completely inefficient and Zero customer service. I pull up and the AI greets me and I tell it I have a mobile oder pickup the AI said " I'll get a team member to check you in" you hear them click on the mic not even a hey we are closed or a sorry we can't serve you just sit there in drive thru with no explanation then they turn off the inside lights mind you there is still 15 mins from closing time.
