Mattress Heaven — Local services in Sulphur Springs

Okay - this is my second mattress that I bought here and although I do not like writing bad reviews, I believe this is warranted. The first time we bought a mattress, the delivery got botched. We thought it was just bad luck. I usually give someone a second chance. This time, the mattress was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they called and said that it won't be until Thursday. We are moving into a house and upgrading our bed to a king, so we don't have any other bed to sleep on for Thursday night. My husband called the store to find out the status to make sure it will be delivered at noon and the lady said 'how do you feel about it being delivered tomorrow (Friday)." My husband then told her it was suposed to be delivered on Tuesday and they moved it to today at noon and it needs to be delivered by 5:00 on Thursday. She said she'd call him back. She called back and said it will be delivered at noon today. Now I don't know what is gong on. Again (reading through past reviews), they are blaming the delivery people. It sounds like this is a problem. Also, we were supposed to have sheets included with it, and they didn't deliver those at all. Husband is calling to check on that. It's just bad business and I really wanted to trust this company again, but in two years, it sounds like the same problems have...

I bought a mattress from this company vua wowcher. On the wowcher website the mattress was on special offer and i have seen the offer of luxury hybrid double mattress reduced from £450 to just £79. I paid £79+£20 delivery charges. Once I received the mattress then I realised that I received a ordinary mattress which I don’t even a buy on £50. Since that day I keep trying to negotiate with the company. They are agreed to return the mattress but they asked me to pay for return delivery which is totally unfair. So technically i am suposed to loose my first £20 delivery charges and now return £29 delivery charges on it. It’s been two months that i am trying to convince the company that they sent me wrong order but they are not taking it seriously. I have provided them a picture of mattress I bought with the order number but it seems to be like they are not interested in this matter at all. The worst customer service and non ethical behaviour I have ever seen in my life. I personally wont believe on any five star comments on their website because they are very non professional and lier. If any serious sensibke company person is reading this so kindly solve this matter and collect the wrong mattress from my house and dispatch the correct mattress I...

I have to say Daniel was the nicest person I've ever dealt with when buying furniture. I told him my budget and he got me a great bed. Never tried to push me into a higher price set. He was so polite and respectful and so down to earth. He had my bed delivered within a couple hours of my purchase. "Actually" I probably should return it 😉 Before I bought this new mattress set, I was lucky to sleep 4 hours a night.. Omg now I'm sleeping 8-10hrs. My bed is so comfortable. I don't want to get out of it. The delivery guys. They were so awesome. They got my bed set up within minutes. They were so friendly. I recommend that you go here to get your next bed.
