Checkers — Restaurant in Sulphur

I bought 2 checker burgers , there was no mayo or mustard and the bottom bun was so dry and hard. The meat tasted salty. And when I called I told her I have never had a chzmp or checker burger taste like this she immediately told me it's not suppose to have anything on bottom bun. And I wTch him make it fresh but I have heard from others, that say they have horrible customer service,and you can not tell them what's wrong with your food because they all say we do it as it is done on the sheet .we'll I have ate at checkers more than once and I will never buy there again. Update the general manger called me this morning and apologized, and offered to make me lunch for today . Albeit that we went thru drive-thru for the 2 meals for $14 at midnight. There was one car pulling away from the drive-thru as we pulled to the window.. it was exactly 44 minutes for us to sit at the window and get our meal. The reason was NOT that the lady working the window wasn't working .... she was filling delivery orders. My husband and I watched her prepare 12 orders before we got ours. Just a heads up that we would be waiting close to an hour would have been appreciated.... and I'm sure the 5 or 6 people that gathered behind us would have as well. The food was good when we got it! The employees here are amazing! I actively choose this fast food place out of any other place in the area if I have a say so.

There's this one employee, I'm not sure what his name is exactly, but if you pull through the drive-thru and hear a nice chill monotone voice by a darker man, you know your order will be perfect. Once again he's fantastic at his job and deserves a raise or something!!
