Starbucks — Restaurant in Sulphur

I've been to this location a few times and they never miss. Technically one of the baristas misheard my order and gave me an iced lavender cream oat milk matcha when I ordered the iced lavender oat milk latte, but tbh he was attractive and kind so I went with it and the order was made well. First of all, we were not greeted coming in like at my local Starbucks. Then, I stood at the counter while my sister went to use the restroom. She came back out and I was still standing at the counter. She asked if I had placed my order yet? I told her no one has even spoken to me yet. We stood there about another 3 minutes then I said something to one of the girls standing there. Finally she said we’ll be right with you. After painfully placing my order. She asked me to repeat it 4 times. Grande green tea latte with soy and a lemon loaf. Not a difficult order. My sister placed hers then we waited and waited. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a lemon loaf. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at...

I keep trying to give this Starbucks chances, but dude just go to the one in Kroger’s. I order an oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso every time.

First time, they MIXED it up. It’s supposed to be a layered drink, espresso on the bottom, oatmilk on top. This time, they finally listened to the “don’t mix/shake it”, but barely put ANY OATMILK in it. It was almost a straight black coffee. Had to add my own normal milk at home.

My sister has ordered an iced matcha latte at City Service before, and it was 50% foam. Then she got one at Krogers and it was made correctly. She asked the workers about it and they said “They definitely didn’t make it right (or pour it correctly) if it was all foam”.
