While this is a nice restaurant and I really do love Arby's food, today the service was really slow. When I walked into the restaurant I saw a group of customers who had already placed their order standing to the left. They all looked impatient and unhappy. After placing my order and proceeding to my table to wait for my name to be called, it became obvious why so many people were upset. Several minutes went by with out my name being called. It seems they had many customers in drive-thru and we're giving priority to those in drive-thru. In addition to that they were fulfilling orders in the dining room in a random order , nowhere near the order they were received. It also appeared that the make line we're hollering at each other and truthfully appeared to not be able to handle the rush of customers. A simple caring, respectable and professional attitude towards the waiting customers would have gone a long way to reassure them that their order was being prepared and their business was appreciated. Less shouting and arguing on the make line would have made for a faster and more efficient process to expedite the orders to both the customers on drive-thru and in the lobby. One final thought... Teamwork...

I would think the robots that mainly run the site good question an order like that. The manager very nicely help me correct the order but when we were trying to do something with the app I got signed up for Google pay which I do not want to have anything to do with and somewhere when answering Google page questions I got signed up for some security code system where you have to put in a code just to use your phone. It is going to be incredibly difficult to get off of that security code. I will probably use Arby's because I like the food but I will never call ahead or use the app. I am removing the app. My life is not that complicated that I don't mind to wait a few minutes when I place my...
Read moreOnce upon a time, the Arby's chain was a cut above the other fast food joints. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Most of the locations (particularly this one) are now looking for ways to cut costs. Instead of shutting down at a decent hour and saving money on unnecessary payroll, they've decided to cut their staff in half and double the work load on the ones left to man the store. The end result is longer lines, longer waits, stressed employees with bad attitudes, a sharp decline in the quality of the food & a sharp increase in prices. If I ever wait nearly 40 minutes and pay $35 dollars for 2 meals again, it won't be from this location. Guaranteed. PS - there was only one elderly couple in the dining room, and 2 cars in the drive-thru ... so there's no excuse for this kind of...
