Today me and my two kids came through to get our shopping drinks as we usually do during our target trip. We experienced the worst hospitality/compassion. My toddler asked to hold the Christmas rubber duck while I ordered our drinks. But instead one of the girls behind the counter came over and told her she could not hold the rubber duck that was on the counter. Not even for a second. Was she kind about it? Absolutely not. It’s Christmas time, as a busy parent it would’ve be so nice to be able to order my drinks without a screaming child who did not understand why she couldn’t hold a bath time rubber duck for just a moment. Ordered a black tea that is shaken in a shaker, homegirl literally “measured” in the cup, then poured it in the shaker and the measurements were off, watched her NOT SHAKE IT and then when she poured it back in it had bubbles bc duh and I asked her if she shook it and she stopped and shook her head yes…like I couldn’t see her.
