I can't even believe a place like this actually exists 🍪💜 We had an unexpected knock at the front door and were handed (what appeared to be a pink shirt) box. Oh my goodness 🥰 We opened the surprise box to find SIX large, colorful, yummy looking cookie's! WOW!!! I'd heard of this place before however I don't usually agree with all the hype other popular places usually receive so I haven't made any effort to try a cookie from here. Well that's probably been a good thing for my checkbook & waistline. Each cookie is soft, fresh, perfect amount of topping per bite and delicious. Basic sugar cookie w/pink frosting -YUM Iced Oatmeal cookie- OMG🎉 Dynamite Fruity Pebbles cookie- better than expected French Toast cookie- light & airy- good Chocolate chip cookie - excellent

I can be rather harsh when judging baked goods, this place did NOT disappoint. Price point for one cookie is a bit higher than one would expect however with the cost of everything going through the roof, I'd imagine price reflects ingredient cost's and overhead. The cookies taste of higher quality ingredients as well, so that probably also adds to the sticker shock price. Bottom line: I am willing to pay up for these cookies because they are quality! Definitely better than anything you would find in any grocer's bakery, etc... I'm looking forward to taste testing all the different kinds they have. If I could give you all zero Stars I would last night was absolutely and 100% the worst customer service I have ever had I was left standing there for 20 minutes after my order was taken for them to start and my order was forgotten twice and the bad part is I'm the delivery driver I'm not even there as a customer I'm there as a service to the customer and their own website brags about how delivery is their key if deliveries your key then you need to do a better job because when I experienced last night was the worst worst worst thing I have ever had to deal with when it comes to an actual company you are supposed to be business partners with the parent company that I'm with which I will not mention cuz I've already contacted them and complained to them as well about your business needless to say I will not be coming back here as a driver or a customer and I will be telling everybody that I know that is a driver or that does like like to get cookies to not go to y'all I will direct anybody who wants cookies to go to great American cookies cuz their cookies look better and they take about half as f** long to get explain to me how I can get a delivery for both you and American Cookie I can walk into American Cookie and pick up my delivery immediately you guys leave me standing there and don't even start my order until 20 minutes after I've been standing there and been helped once and then y'all forget it a second time and I'm left standing there another 5 minutes and I love how the owner can reply to good reviews but refuses to respond to any of my...

Walked in to purchase a 12 pack. I had my two boys with me who were ordering 6 they wanted and I chose 6 I wanted. We explained to the employee what we wanted twice each, and even pointed to the display versions right in front of him at the register. He charged us for the 12, including upcharge for 2 tres leches cakes and for 2 nutella hazelnut cheesecake. We live 2hrs away, and when I unfortunately didn't double check the box, and once home, opened to find only 1 tres leches cake and a milk chocolate chip cookie instead of the 2nd. They were closed by now, but I left a message for them to call to simply get my $1.49 refunded back. Here we are almost 5pm and no call back. I'd say poor inconsiderate management and/or employees that don't care to share the message. Very disappointing and, I'll never recommend them or go back.
