Worst service ever. My husband and I placed a mobile order at this location. We arrived at 5:08 and attempted to enter, the doors were locked. Two employees in the parking lot told us the inside was closed. One stated he didn’t know why and that they should be open. My husband asked, “how am I supposed to pick up my mobile order?” He points at the drive thru which has 10 cars in it. I called the inside inquiring about a refund because the app already took the money from my bank and that the drive thru line was long. She tells me that it didn’t charge my card and I explained to her that it did charge my card. She told me to hold on, with an attitude may I add and slammed the phone down. She proceeded to take orders and never came back. We sat in line for 30 minutes all while watching people attempt to go inside, but turn around due to the doors being locked. We finally get to the menu and they say they don’t have a mobile order for us, I explained that they did because it took our money. They asked us to tell them what our order was and finally said they “found it”. We then had to wait another 5 minutes, just to get our food and our fries and nuggets were purposely put in the bag upside down, and one of the meals was missing fries. My husband then had to go inside, which is finally open to get the missing fries. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will not return to this location. I will also be reaching out to management and corporate first thing in the morning. With the attitude they displayed, they will forever be stuck working in fast food. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service! I was there the other night to get food through the drive through, and when I got my food I never got my debit card back. I left completely not knowing I didn’t retrieve it after I paid for my food, and when I woke up this morning to go get gas so I could go to work, I couldn’t due to insufficient funds on my card, knowing the other day I had plenty of funds on my card. When I checked my bank card to see what happened to my funds, one of the employees put my debit card on their cashapp and withdrew all the money I had left on my card! I went back today to go and see if I could get any help before going to the police department for a theft, Yvonne the shift manager told me and my fiancé that she would notify the GM of the incident but never did. When I came back at the time Yvonne told me to, because the GM was in a meeting, KC was never advised of the incident. KC told me that she would have her hire ups look at the cameras to see what happened to the stolen debit card, and she did not provide any further help and just told me to just call the police for further assistance. I will be going to SPD tomorrow to report the incident and get further assistance from them since the management staffing at Wendy’s isn’t sufficient enough to provide any information or further assistance! Read moreI stopped in here about two weeks ago to get some lunch. It was approximately 3pm, and there was only one other person ahead of me. After ordering, I waited 20 mins and never received my food. During this time, even the drive-through appeared to be having issues getting their food. There were several employees in the kitchen, and all of them having a conversation and joking. Considering this unreasonable wait and horrible service, I asked to be refunded. The assistant manager came out and disappeared 3 to 4 more times over the course of several minutes. During this time she didn't care to communicate with me along with the rest of the staff. After which it was made apparent that she didn't know how to do a refund. The general manager had to come out from prepping bacon to show her. I have never seen a food establishment that was so poorly managed. I've also never seen a food establishment grind to a halt for absolutely no reason. The general manager should've been leading the team and managing rather than prepping bacon. At the very least, management should be fired and replaced. Though in my opinion the whole staff needs to be replaced. DON'T STOP HERE, WASTE YOUR TIME...
