McDonald's — Restaurant in Summit Township

Came to this McDonald’s today at 10:30 AM. Chose to go to Go inside because the drive-through had about four cars and I thought that it would be quicker. After arriving inside and waiting about three minutes and nobody coming to the counter I went to the self order station and put in my order. The lobby began to quickly fill up after putting in the order. After a few minutes everyone in the lobby began to discuss how long they were waiting on food over seven minutes for coffee and here I am 10 minutes later waiting on hotcakes. In the 27 minutes I waited on three orders of hotcakes and three hashbrowns two other people walked out without even getting the order they could not wait any longer. The employees were Arguing inside in front of the customers. One employee said to the other “well he’s gonna have to wait for his order I cannot pull it out of my..” Did not make for a good experience. After getting my order I quickly ran out to the car I thought I had waited long enough and could not wait to get out of there and of course I was missing an order of hotcakes but I did not dare go back in. Very nice looking McDonald’s but maybe need to work on getting some of your stuff together and employees need to work...

NOT ONCE HAVE I EVER EVER EVER GOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Also always make sure you get your reciept. The managers NEVER answer the phones. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. To still not have my order correct. Big Mac missing slice of cheese. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal only mustard and got a chicken nugget meal. Take some pride in your work.. The sandwiches are literally thrown together. I used to work here, its really not that hard.. Food is almost always cold and fries are usually nasty and over salted. Staff constantly changes because the few who actually care cannot stand to work with a bunch of people who don't. They should just close this location. It's sad when the state street location downtown is missed and did better than this location. P.S. If you want fresh fries at ANY mcdonalds ask for French fries WITHOUT salt. They have to make...

Most of the issues were related to the young female cashier who had her name tag covered up with her sweatshirt. It took a couple of minutes for her to come to the register to take our orders. She spent more time looking over at people in line to pick up their food then at me. I had to repeat myself multiple times. There was almost no change in her drawer (literally a 5 and 3 ones - because the cashier cleared it out and couldn't give us $10 for change) and she had to ask for it. Our food was ready and waiting for several minutes while we were still waiting to get our change. Thankfully someone came to the other register after three people had stacked up in line behind me just while I was waiting for the change. Our food was not as hot as it could have been...
