Dunkin' — Restaurant in Summit

Do not come here! Ordered 4 drinks and some food. Knowing it was early in the morning and takes time to set up, I ordered extra early. I get there and the drinks are done but nothing else. The guy at the counter said I was all set. Told him no I wasn’t and pointed to the order flashing bright red on the screen. Said you never made our food. Then runs off to help others and not even start it. After 5 min he comes back to ask if I needed anything else. I said yes, my food. Pointed again at the screen with even more orders. He huffed and started cooking. Gives it to me…and it was someone else’s order (this is after pointing no less than 5 times to my order). Now I’m in there for close to 20 min now. Asked how much longer then he starts berating me that if I didn’t order such complicated items it wouldn’t take so long! They were so easy to make I could have done it myself not even knowing how to work the equipment! Finally get my order and off I go…..only to find out he never even cooked one of them. Just ice cold eggs. I know it’s tough so early and when you are by yourself but you NEVER get on the customer like that…..specially when it’s something on your menu you are supposed to know...

I walked into this establishment with a positive attitude and left with an indescribable feeling. They (specifically two young men of Asian decent), messed up my order and I can’t figure whether it was on purpose or not which I shouldn’t feel. I should not feel anyway when simply ordering a drink and a bagel. When placing my order I totally I felt rushed and ignored at the same time as if I was simply trying to be moved along. Both workers were out of uniform. To say the workers played in face is an understatement. I watched customers who came after me receive larger orders than my two items and when I did get my order both items were made without care. When asked about my drink I was told it was what I wanted when I knew it was not (I’ve been ordering this drink for almost 5 years) and my bagel light cream cheese had 3 dots of cream cheese and the bagel was heated until it hardened . it was laughable to me and I should’ve gotten a refund but I’ll simply leave this review and never frequent this...

I usually avoid writing bad reviews, I just usually don't go back to such a place. But, I'm highly disappointed in this place. I have been here 3 times in one month although each time my coffee was not made the way I asked. I simply went back giving the benefit of the doubt. Thinking maybe they're not understanding what I'm day, maybe my explanation is wrong. I've tried different ways to tell them simply I wanted hazelnut swirl coffee and no matter how I said it. My order was wrong. My coffee was nasty, even said I would like hot coffee with hazelnut sugar. Wrong. I was there 5-12-2020 and ordered the large hot coffee with hazelnut sugar. Not only did I still not get what I asked for, they charged me $5.11 and never gave me a receipt. The lady at the counter knew she made a mistake and they did not fix it. I will NOT...
