It wasn't very busy when we visited, but the three employees there were both slow and seemed constantly confused about how and what they were doing. Orders were mixed up at least three times in our twenty minute wait for one bowl, one toast, and one coffee. They were nice enough but either very new, very underpaid, or just... there. Our acai bowl and Craft Avocado Toast looked right but missed on the key culinary points. The acai bowl was bland and prepped with medicore ingredients, fresh fruit (cut up oh so slowly right there) but everything else looked out of a bottle or pre frozen, certainly not the hippie, organic, fresh as fresh can be vibe they'd like to claim. The Mediterranean toast was simple enough, but the bread was dull and drowning something in oversweet balsamic glaze isn't enough to make it Mediterranean, much less enjoyable to eat. Coffee was fine. Bathroom was clean. Spoons were compostable. Eternal Soul Bowl feels like someone drove by an acai bowl shop and thought "I could do that" and built the business based on some instagram stories, without ever actually learning what an acai berry is, or how to spell pollen.

It was the healthiest option in Sumner. Further the food was amazing!!! The portions and price were at a perfect ratio!!! With the avocado toast you can pick different flavors on one order, there are three pieces of bread so three different types of toast. The size of the bowl was pretty big!!! I've lived in the area for a long time and I wish I could have found this place sooner!!! I would recommend to everyone!!! The servers are nice and friendly!!! The fruit is fresh and the ingredients are naturally sourced from organic farms. Even if you aren't all into the completely natural food, it's worth your time to at least go once if not more!!! It's great for an after workout meal!!! And the interior is calming aesthetic!!! Perfect for picky eaters!! For people who like sweet and savory!!! Someone please give a social media review on this place!! It's the best restaurant I've ever been to!!!

Eternal Soul Bowl is without a doubt the best Acai bowl I have ever had! I highly recommend this place! I ordered the avocado toast and the tarot bowl. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with such a warm welcome. The woman went over the menu and was happy to answer any question I asked. The bowl sizes are perfect! Not to much or to little and the ingredients were perfectly fresh and tasty. The tarot bowl was an excellent blend of ripe blueberries, raspberries and other fruits. LETS TALK ABOUT THAT AVOCADO TOAST! Phenomenally done and cooked to perfection. The bread was a nicely toast sourdough that was topped with fresh avocados and the best chipotle sauce I have ever had. The seeds and pepper were a fantastic touch. Go there, now, immediately stop what you are doing and enjoy the best Acai bowl you can imagine. Thank me later.

Eternal Soul Bowl's Tacoma location is in a secure building with locked doors! When you reach their main entrance off Pacific Ave, press the button near the door so someone can let you in :).

Me and my husband have looked all over the PNW for a great local acai bowl place; from Issaquah to Olympia, Orting to Renton, and we've tried many juice bars and acai bowls. Eternal Soul Bowl is the best by far. 10/10 recommend! They have gone above and beyond our expectations - consistently, each time - in producing the best acai bowl. Our go to order is the Soul Bowl with add on kiwi, but no chia seeds!

Eternal Soul Bowl (ESB) has quality ingredients with superior customer service. Their granola compliments the soul of the acai bowl and the amount of toppings to acai base will bring eternal balance. The menu has thoughtful and delicious options depending on what you're going for, so check out their online menu! Additionally, their fruit toppings, each fruit down to the smallest blueberry, has always been so flavorful and enticing. Come here and you'll never have to worry about soggy moldy fruit ever again. Some places have flavorless granola. Some places have granola with giant nuts in it and no alternatives. Not ESB! ESB's granola has the perfect amount of flavor, sweet and crunch that compliments the bowl. As for the acai to topping ratio, we've tried places that pack in the acai with little itty-bitty servings of fruit on top and tiny little sprinkles of granola. Thankfully, ESB cares about their customers and would never do such things. Me and my husband discovered ESB back when they were only found in Farmer's Market's across PNW. Jewel, ESB's lovely owner, can light up a room with her warm and friendly spirit. They have a fantastic team of lady's. In the market days I remember when they'd be powering through some long lines. Keep in mind ESB is craft food, not fast food! If you're craving some ESB in a time crunch, consider ordering online or calling in to pick up ahead of time. Otherwise, walk in and hang out on the couch or nearby tables while the order is prepared. There is a restroom for customers.

Treat yourself to ESB and no need to look any further for a great one stop health shop. The heart of all bowls and smoothies in the state lie here at Eternal Soul Bowl. It's truly where 'great ingredients and fantastic...

I really love their food. The bowls are just absolutely delicious and myself and my workmates continue to return again and again in spite of their constant mistakes. We have sadly never had a group order be 100% correct and we order from here at least 5-7 times per month if not more! We continue to get the wrong bowls, or a bowl will be completely missed or the alterations are not adhered to. Today I got the completely wrong bowl and none of my paid for additions. It's highly frustrating as we really do love the food and more than likely will continue to patron, but the lack of organization and attention to detail is pretty astonishing. They work from post-it notes rather than a printed order receipt or other more organized process, and when you go in to order in the store, they often serve people who came in behind you first, or just all out of order. I do continue to try and find like locations/businesses that offer the same fare in hopes of receiving better service but sadly this location just has the better food. They just are terribly disorganized. I do leave reviews on other like businesses to come in to ESB in hopes they will up their game and I can transfer my business though! Fingers crossed ESB will get it together or another business will up their food game to add to their better organization. Oh also, one of my workmates had an actual metal staple in her bowl. But thankfully that hasn't happened again since. Truly hoping this review reaches the owners as really this is just a training issue or lack of talent in their hires. Both...

Eternal Soul Bowl will align your Chakra and raise your spirits! Beautiful cafe atmosphere. Friendly staff. Yummy and beautifully presented food. We will be visiting again.

Honestly, normally I pass up these trendy, bohemian menus chalked with granola, Açaí, and lemon grass for caffeinated from somewhere in the darkest abyss coffees and burgers, but... Today, my Los Angeles native hubby and mother-in-law dragged me to be baptized in wheat grass juice at Eternal Soul Bowl (Literally. I broke my foot and yes, this place is wheelchair accessible). The food was delicious. I had the garlic artichoke toast. My companions had the Laguna bowl and Mediterranean toast. Everything was excellent (and pretty!).

Parking available: In front of business, parallel along Main Street, or park at Sumner Station 810 Maple St, Sumner, WA 98390.

Menu: Craft toasts, smoothies, and beautifully crafted fresh fruit bowls. Freshness now authenticated and approved by Los Angeles natives! (Also, I saw local farmers bringing in produce while we were there. Eat here. Support local businesses and farmers).

I saw a critique about the Açaí being frozen... Fact: Açaí cannot grow outside of South America/Brazil, so you will not find fresh Açaí in the U.S. (Place "The More You Know" meme here). That was the only thing not freshly prepared, because Washington State... and it was...
