SHOCKED That so many reviews say the burgers here are delicious. That is FAR from my experience that I had yesterday. I literally had to throw my food away it was that bad. Burger: 1 Star Fries: 2 Star Shake: 4 Star Customer Service: 5 Star Decoration/Style & Cleanliness: 5 Star Supporting small local businesses is my goal over anything but unfortunately I also don’t like throwing away my money and that’s exactly what I did. I literally threw away my food after two bites… it was that bad. BURGER: The burger was not worth the hype that I was reading from previous reviews. I’m actually shocked that this restaurant is so highly rated. I would never go back here for a burger or fries again. I have never had such a SMALL, THIN, flavorless burger patty in my life. I don’t eat fast food but I would have taken a fast food burger over this place any day. I actually had maybe two small bites and tossed it, that’s how bad it was. It was like biting into bread with cooked onions… I had to open the burger to see if there was any meat. The burger was 95% bun. BACON: On top of that I even had to dig looking for the bacon that I added. The small piece of bacon that I did find was clearly cooked the night before. Stale, cold & hard. FRIES: Cold Fries are not appealing. I would consider the fries I received as flavorless & Stale shoe string fries. Small portion of fries for the cost of a Meal. Maybe I got less fries since I ordered mine to go? They filled a small white fry sack vs getting fries in the basket if I had ordered to eat there. SHAKE: I ordered the pumpkin pie shake. It was the best item I ordered and I would come back here for a shake in the summer. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Honestly the customer service was great. The lady taking my order was super sweet, I could tell she was smiling even behind her mask. TIME: I had two people in front of me and it did take a while to first get my order taken and second to receive my order. Don’t stop here if you are in a rush. LOCATION: Location is conveniently on main, the building is super cute, there are two outdoor covered tables, a few parking spots on both sides, the decorations are adorable but I’m not leaving a review for ambiance, I’m leaving a review on Food quality. I waited for my third ice cream and was told by same person I was only billed for two. She did offer a free ice cream for the misunderstanding but at that point I had been waiting just shy of a half an hour for 2 ice cream cones. I thanked her for the offer but told her I had to be somewhere shortly and left. There was no reason for my order to be wrong after all that. Anyone can have a bad night, I won't be back but I won't discourage anyone else from checking it out.give it a shot. The food smelled good and it was quite busy. Calling out order numbers over a small speaker would be better during peak times. The other employee was cooking food and delivering to the outside seated guest's. I'm sure this is part of the charm of this place, but most people would gladly walk over to the widow and pick up there order if they would get serviced 15 minutes faster

Switch your credit machines to SQUARE or something, the credit machines your using are to slow, expensive and time...

I don’t even want to give them one star but that’s the lowest i can give to post a review, i came here once last year, had to wait almost an hour all together to get two combos, the girl rang me up for a small shake even though i said large multiple times, they made it a hassle just for them to fix it, got home and that’s when i realized the fries were stale and cold, i also ordered a Hawaiian burger that came with no sauce at all, it was basically just the bun, patty, and pineapple…I never went back after that, but I decided to try them again since so many people had good things to say about them, we spent $60 on three combos, still waited at least 30-45 minutes for the food, i was still hopeful, but the fries were once again stale and cold, and we asked for all three of the combos to be large but only got one large and the rest were small, the burgers i got this time we’re pretty good and the shakes are good as well, but still not worth $60 especially for old fries and horrible customer service, definitely will...
