Once I got home and noticed that the sandwich I was eating was incorrectly made, I went to check my other chicken sandwich and there was none.I went back to BK, told them the issue, the lady at the window took back my old sandwich which I asked to have remade. I received 2 sandwiches, looked them over and left. Everything appeared to be correct. I got home and once I took another look at the sandwiches, one appeared to be freshly made and the other appeared to be the one I ate off of on a fresh bun. l went back to BK for the 3rd time to request a refund and to speak to the manager, but the manager on shift (I believe the lady called him Shawn) told me that he couldn't give a refund and that I had to go through the app. I proceeded to ask for the store manager's info to which he replied their name was lsaiah Burns. l asked for their contact info, he stated that I could come in the morning in which I told him that I couldn't bc I work. He became adamant about coming back in the morning to get it resolved as if I had not already been there for the 3rd time tonight. I told him that 1 had already wasted gas 3x and that there was no need for me to waste gas to come back again. Again, he stated to come back in the morning to which I told him that I'm a teacher and that I don't have time to come back. He stated you all will be open still/ the manager would still be available after I got out of school. I reiterated that I had no plans in coming back again to waste gas. He started stating that he put onions and pickles on the burger which was not the issue. Again the issue was that it appeared that I recieved the burger I had already bite off of. He kept going on about the sandwich being made with pickles and onions to which l told him, that wasn't my issue and that my issue was that my sandwich appeared to be the one I sent back. Which was very much possible bc the lady retrieved it from me. He then proceeds to turn to the lady and ask her if he had thrown the sandwich away (as if he was unsure). Afterwards I asked for the DMs name to which he stated was Mike and that he didn't have anymore contact information. So I questioned him, asking how he didn't have the DMs info and he proceeds to twll me to just come back in the morning. I went back and forth with him while he explained nothing and telling me that he can't give me a refund ALTHOUGH HE TOOK BACK THE SANDWICH. I am beyond disappointed as I wasted gas returning to the store twice and back home. This is by far the worst experience I've ever recieved from Burger King, not to mention the fact that had the order been correct the first time, this wouldn't have even been a problem. Not only was the order incorrect, but the service was horrible! From the female associate in there using foul language to the service the "manager" gave. I recorded the conversation as I told him I did and did not appreciate him laughing when I was clearly upset about the food and service I recieved. I spent almost $25 there only to recieve 1 chicken sandwich (made incorrectly and had to be remade), 1 dbl burger, 1 large fry (half full), 1 large halfsie, and 1 large ginger ale (which should've been a sprite). Pissed is an understatement.
I want to file a formal complaint with the DM or with Corporate. I would really like customer care to pull the tape to see what occurred at the time I was present and I want my refund!

Read moreMy husband and I don't eat out much, but when we do, we expect excellent food and service. I came through drive thru and after paying for my food (4:17), got to the next window and the young lady asked me to pull up .. ok, no biggie. Next thing I know, it's after 4:30. Once the food came out, I had to remind them that I didn't get my drinks. Ok, now I'm waiting on drinks. The drinks came out and I have to tell the lady the sprite is supposed to be Large. That the spicy chicken fries meal was a large. So I let the young lady know and she said ok, I'll go back and get it. I then check the bag only to see that the fries aren't large either. So now I pull my receipt back out only to see that the meal wasn't a large although I ordered a large for that particular meal. So I end up just leaving as I was already pressed for time considering the fact that I had already been waiting for almost 20 minutes. As I'm leaving Burger King I reach in the bag and the fries are luke warm. If that wasn't enough, I return home to give my husband his spicy chicken fries and low and behold... the fries aren't even spicy. This just reminds me that we should continue to...
Read moreIf I could give negative points to this place I would. The staff is horrible all the way around. Zero customer service skills. I'm usually not one to leave a bad comment or review on an establishment but my treatment today was the WORST. Went through the drive through on my lunch break and ordered two sandwiches.The young lady repeated my order back to me correctly and I paid. I get my food and head back to my job. At my job I checked out my food and NEITHER one of the sandwiches were made correctly.By this time I was out of time and couldn't return to the drive through so I called to let the manager know. I called and gave the person that answered the phone my information and told her what had happened. Instead of saying sorry and trying to make things right her response was "Oh...okay. Thanks for letting me know." So I asked for a manager. Of course she said she was one..."Deanna". I'm just upset at the lack of interest in customer service or at least an apology. The entire store (staff and management) need to go take some time out for training on customer care. I will not frequent this...
