Employee's are typically standoffish and rude, at best they are aloof and curt.
I guess shame on me but... if I don't check the order it is guaranteed they get it wrong without fail. I was in a hurry today after work and didnt meticuliously check the order and go figure I get home (I live 15 mins away so driving back is stupid) and they left stuff out, messed up other stuff, and generally poorly prepared and packaged the food.
My quesadilla was crisscross cut and then they handed me 2 small bags instead of a large bag, they basically balled it up and stuff it inside.
The forgot the sour cream that I asked for at the damn window... the girl handing me the order who I asked to add it couldn't be bothered to check to ensure that item she just charged be for was in there... come on.
beef queserito was wrong it was a different beef burrito. and the loaded potato griller was just wrapped up and not grilled.
EVERY time I come here breakfast lunch or dinner something is wrong, if I go through the drive through 90% of the time I end up coming back inside the other 10% I count up the items and if they managed to get item count right I get home to find some other issue.
Also I typically go by to early on my way to work for breakfast but sometimes when I am going in later I stop and try and get breakfast. They are supposed to be open at 0700. I sat in the drive through at 0715 once for several minutes asking for service and no one answered. I have also tried the door before and it has been locked after 7, and typically there are next to no other customers there at 715 on a saturday morning and when I do managed to get served it takes upwards...
Read moreI have always loved Taco Bell. I've been to many in so many different states. Being here has definitely opened up my eyes that this is not the one to go to. Time and time again, they have ruined the experience by forgetting something or making it wrong. I know a lot of fast food places have been this way, and it's kind of disappointing that it continues despite peoples best efforts to give those surveys. It seems that doesn't matter. So why would I continue to move forward with this fast food joint? I won't. This has been the last straw because time and time again, it's always something missing and having to drive back to get it. It's tiring, and I already work enough. I'd love to leave a positive review, but they have made it very hard. And don't forget the time when they made it to where even when you did drive thru, they wouldn't accept that. Only thru the app or door dash. That was fun wasting time as well. Good luck to others. Read moreI asked for 6 of their deluxe boxes. It's the current one something like a chalupa with cheese crust. Anyways. They didn't ask what meat. I didn't even know there was other options. One with no lettuce (my wife's stomach can't digest lettuce and it makes her vomit) and two with no sour cream because my buddy and his girl are psychotic and don't like the wonderful goodness that is sour cream. The rest are regular. For some reason that was too hard. Lettuce on all of them so my wife had to eat chips and bean burritos which while they may sound yummy in college they are infact not once you know how they are made. Imagine powdered beans which are rehydrated in a way that likely violates the Geneva Convention. They should be called Reeeverything beans. Added to this only two weren't chicken. This used to be the only location to go to for quality but since the doors became locked and you have to wait in a long line to ask them to remake the food right. It had become like the one on broad.
