First off I want to say that I've been to quite a few different locations the past few years now since moving to Arizona and this was by far the worst service I've every had anywhere. I was in the area so I stopped at this exact location around 12:15 lunch time... The lady at the speaker took a while to actually answer the speaker and no one was in life finally I heard something along the Lines "Go ahead and order..." I ordered the same exact thing I've ordered quite a few times at other locations, which is a Egg, Bean and Cheese burrito and the lady says "okay, 8.63 at the window please..." Mind you when I get this order it's always 8.84 so kinda threw me off but whatever... When I drive up to the window the lady says 9.26 plz... And I'm like "huh? Egg, been and cheese burrito right?" She says yes, I'm lik okay then and hand her my card ... She charges me and hands me back two receipts with my card and slams the door shut... I'm looking and one receipt says 8.63 and the other said 9.26 with a 0.03 percent SEC fee on it which I found very odd... The lady comes back to the window and hands me my food and I asked her hey what's up with this and she tell me that 9.26 receipt if your receipt... And she slams the window shut before I can even get another word out... So because of the odd situation and treatment I parked and checked my order and there was No egg in my burrito... Just plain bean and cheese burrito with no egg at all... So I go into the restaurant and I put the food on the counter and told the lady that my order is wrong and I wanted an egg bean and cheese and there's no egg. She said egg would be more money... I said lady, I'm at filiburtos about 5 times a month and I order this a lot at different locations and it's always 8.84... she said she can have them remake it for me then and I declined, I said nope just give me my money back and I'll go somewhere else... The lady gives me my money... I walked to my car and noticed she gave 8 bucks and some change back... I was pissed, walked back in and said "Hey! I want a full refund, you charged me 9.26 and you only gave me 8 bucks back..." She then gave me a dollar and I threw the small change on the counter and left... If you're a cashier and can't get orders right, have a shitty attitude and can't hand back the right amount of change back then you shouldn't be a cashier. I'd suggest getting rid of this lady. I went to another location on Litchfield near surprise and El mirage instead and the lady had great customer service,my order came to 8.84 as always and my order was correct 💯... Read moreAround 4 or 5 today I came to this location and order some Carneia Sada fries and like I usually do and went home. Once I started eating my food, I felt sick to my stomach. The fries where burnt and Tasted like it had been sitting in grease all day. It was just disgusting and I was highly disappointed due to the fact that I come to this Filiberto‘s all the time. Then when I came back up to the location to tell them about giving this nasty, old food. I talked on of the employee at first she was nice and wanted to fix the problem by giving fresh new food and as she should since they where in the wrong in the first place. She proceeded to do so until her manager came over and asked what she was doing and the employee told her the issue and the manager proceeded to be rude and disrespectful and told the worker that I couldn’t get fresh food. Then the worker was trying to resolve the problem but her boss doesn’t know how to treat customer and how do u give someone nasty food and then expect them to be okay with eating it. Yeah no, so the worker just told she would just give me my money back so I agreed but her manger didn’t like that either but the worker still proceeded to do the right thing by giving my money. Read moreWorst customer service I've ever experienced! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Employee didn't give my whole order and when I called they basically called me a liar. They claimed they had me on video checking my order and if I hadn't received everything why didn't I tell them at that time. Thing is I didn't check the order! When I explained that I hadn't check the order and I wanted to see the video and that they were calling me a liar and as a customer service manager (I'm a CS mgr) it's bad service to do that, the front staff started f bombing me. Totally unacceptable. For reference after almost an hour and 2 phone calls to the manager they gave me what I ordered, mind you my dinner was at home ruined as it sat getting cold while I'm being called a liar!!!! Last thing is when I got the food home it was a mess in the box!! I think they deliberately ruined the food so it was inedible.
