Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Co. — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

Been to this location twice now and both times we were met with bad attitudes. First time there was only one other customer in front of us and it seemed like the employee was bothered to have to assist either of us. This last time it was a super busy Sunday afternoon and it was pure chaos. No where to form a line, the 4 employees looks extremely confused and overwhelmed, didn't seem like there was any leadership present. Then one of the employees yelled "there's no line, whoever is ready can come over to the other side to order". What do you mean there's no line? No Wonder it was pure chaos.

Too bad because the ice cream is good and there are many flavors to chose from. We won't be back to this...

The ice cream and chocolate covered waffle cone was delicious but don’t dare show up 30 minutes before closing while pregnant because you’ll be greeted with a sigh and crossed arms. Don’t even think about asking for a sample or looking at your options because you’ll be stared at with annoyance the entire time. It was my first time going to this location and it’s a sad first experience. Especially knowing the manager allows that behavior because she was one of the two employees working. I went Sunday night 5/19. I went in with my sister and her friend. There was a line of people and then the only lady in her 30’s who was working was very rude. She had asked us what we wanted and i couldn’t look what i wanted because of the long line of people and told me that i can just go around. I couldn’t just go around and budge people.
