Trigger warning- TMI. This is a complaint, but I know there’s nothing they can do about it. They are operating solely through the drive-thru and appointment only in the lobby, completely understandable. But, I just started taking a medication and it’s not sitting well with me. I begged the teller to let me inside just to use the bathroom... it was an emergency...they said the bathroom is not open to members. I could not wait any longer, so I stepped out and puked in the parking lot. It was embarrassing, and I’m sorry to anyone who witnessed it. I totally understand the COVID policies in place, I just wish there was a little more compassion in the world these days. Running in and out of the bathroom would have been minimal exposure for the employees inside, and of course I would have washed my hands. But again, I do understand the precautions are necessary and I’m not the exception. Sorry I puked...

They charged me an annual lease rental fee even though I just paid one in February. The associate who even told me that he was new at doing these and I overheard him asking another associate for help never explained this to me. I understood that the next charge would come out next February, not now. I called and even tried to escalate to a manger, but I was told there was nothing they could do because it's in the agreement that I signed. After being diagnosed with cancer during COVID my family had no choice but to use our credit card to pay bills. I spoke with UWCU several times over the past two years to share our situation, to which they have claimed to make note of and send their best wishes to me and my family.
