Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

THIS LOCATION ALWAYS finds a way to mess up our orders. We haven't ordered here in a very long time because the experience is unbelievably dog water. Today, I ordered carry out...got my pizzas, got home and my girlfriend noticed they forgot the Philly Steak on her pizza...I called the stored and politely asked if there were anything they could do to try making it right. The manager stated he could remake the pizza and I said sure I'll be right there (takes me about 10 minutes to drive there) I show up, manager sincerely apologizes and I tell him it's all good I just wanted the pizza corrected. A few minutes later a different employee hands me my pizza and I open up the box to see it's incorrect...again. He asks "Sir is everything ok?" I said yea but this pizza needed to be Brooklyn style crust.... At this point I'm over it because I'm already displeased and don't want to sit there for another 10 plus minutes waiting for my pizza to cook again, ive already wasted about 35-40 minutes driving to and from this place.....I get home and my girlfriend notices they missed putting on jalapeños.....like how unreal is this??? How can you mess up an order twice!! You try to make it right and fail miserably... It's a pizza with 3 toppings....it's not rocket science. I call back YET AGAIN, incredibly displeased stating how we stopped going here because everytime we did somehow our order would get screwed up and here we are again in the same predicament....this location has ZERO idea what they are doing...attention to detail is an absolute dumpster fire and I will NEVER order from this location again...I was told I'd be getting a $25 "gift card" sent to my phone or something but I have extreme doubts that will ever come...I highly suggest someone from corporate take action on correcting this places procedures and attention to detail...words can't describe how displeased we are with this location. Next time we'll go with Anna's pizza next door to help out a local company. I hate to be this person leaving a raging review, but this...

We had a terrible experience about 6 months ago (unresponsive staff despite the number of people working, missed something on the order, found hair, etc.) and vowed never to go back. But the pizza is so cheap and we love the "new" taste (especially the chicken, bacon, on white sauce for $5.99) that we decided to give them another shot.

I decided to order online because I love the pizza tracker...and after 20 minutes, drove 5 blocks to pick up my pizza. For some reason my order never arrived there (turns out it was because the website chose a location 12 miles (25 minutes) away instead of 5 blocks away and I didn't think to double-check the address because I thought the website would save my location). The man in charge (sadly I did not get his name) was extremely nice and helpful. He offered to call and cancel my order at the other Dominos and to make my order at this location instead...despite it being my fault. I took him up on his offer and they had the food ready in no time.

Someone from customer care called to ask about my experience and I learned that this location changed ownership within the last month. We will...

We wanted a Philly Cheesesteak pizza, but no peppers, no mushrooms, so we did the carry-out 5-topping for $10.99 deal. There was no option online to add American cheese, so we called. Got a robot, then a call center person, that couldn't do anything more than we could, so I asked to speak to the store. It rang a bunch of times then the call ended. I decided to just order it the closest way online, then call and tell them what we want. I called and got the robot, but asked for the store right away. I seriously let it ring for 5 minutes, and no one ever picked up. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, the first 2 employees he saw, were staring at their phones and never looked up at him. He said we had tried to call, and the girl helping him said, "our manager is supposed to answer the phone", and pointed at the one behind her, still staring at his phone. My husband said, "oh looks like he's really busy", loud enough for him to hear, and the guy just looked at him, and walked away. He came home fuming!!
