Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

Went to this location to purchase a gift card. We arrived 15 minutes before closing due to being delayed at dinner. The doors were locked already. We were about to leave but an employee was running food to a car and I asked if they were open. She said we could go through the drive through. When I asked why the doors were locked early she said it was her shift lead. So we got back in the car and went through the drive through, purchased the gift card and I asked the shift leaders name. The girl said her name was Chloe. I thanked the cashier and as I started to drive away Chloe came to the window and asked why I asked for her with quite an attitude. I explained I only want her name and I asked why they were locking up early and she said " my manager lets me" again with a really snotty attitude. I asked if corporate would be alright with closing 15 minutes before posted hours and she just rolled her eyes. This seems like a minor thing, however if I had not seen the employee outside I would have just left. I bought a $50 gift card so they would have lost that sale. With labor costs being what they are in the service industry why would a business want to lose potential sales. I've been coming to this Dunkin for roughly a year and all in all the quality of the products you receive are 50/50, it is 100% based on the employee and the mood they're in at that time (like most fast food places). I'm a regular at this location and typically get the same thing, other times I will switch up my order. I'm lucky to get the extra syrup in my coffee the way I ordered and sometimes I'm lucky to have received any flavoring at all. It's honestly disappointing that standards are not high and there is no consistency.

Attached is a photo of their Peach Sparkd Energy drink. Any other time I have gotten this exact drink, it is very flavorful, very colorful. Today, a little after 5am, the drink was not mixed at the bottom prior to pick up (this happens often) and there was more soda water than flavoring. (Tastes like sprite with no flavor)
