Wendy's — Restaurant in Sun Prairie

Went through the drive thru. Started placing order, and person taking order seemed friendly. Ordered a triple Dave's burger. The girl said, "Which one?" I answered, "I didn't know there were different triple burgers?" She says, "Well the #7 and the #9?" And she then says, "Oh!" "You wanted a #3 the Dave's triple" and said "Yes, just like I said?" My wife and I ordered the other 4 meals. We were told to pull around to the window. We waited, since there was a vehicle already at the window waiting. The guy behind us, couldn't wait any longer. We seen him go around us, and out to the road and across the street to Dairy Queen! Lol, well, it did take us about 10 mins to order since the girl couldn't understand what we were ordering. And when we got to the window, No "Hello" or anything? Now I understand that people have their up days and down days? But they took our money straight face, and gave us our food about 10 almost 15 mins later. But we were happy to get some food. Would not recommend going on a Friday night. I drove from Watertown about 45 mins just to go here...won't do that again! I will drive to the Wendy's in Beaver dam before going back here! I also worked in restaurants in the past and know that hospitality and good food brings customers back....but not to Wendy's in Sun Prairie!!!!! We were there on July 22,...

Nasty dining experience. Glass doors at the entramce/exit hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Filthy. Floor inside the restaurant was sticky. Your feet stuck to the floor as you walked. The condiment area had dried/old ketchup on the lip of the trash receptacle. Dining area table was sticky to touch. The trash bins had sauce/ketchup dried on the opening to dump trash. One of the employees came from behind the counter to empty trash bin leaving the door open. Inside was old food that never made it to the trash. Splatter of ketchup was all over the walls of the trash area. When we got our food the french fries were stale & cold. Overall....the worst Wendy's I have...

asked a question, got met with attitude. the lady at the window was extremely rude to me for asking about the 4 for $4, was screaming at me so much it looked like she was about to jump through the window to attack me. i went there all happy and nice, was met with disgusting attitude. she also did NOT give me the correct amount of change back ! in this video is the employee verbally attacking me when i was asking her manager what both of their names were. i never received those names. WILL NOT BEING COMING BACK BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT THE EMPLOYEE TO ATTACK OR HURT ME since she was trying to today. i just moved here, dont know a single person. good look...
