So tonight I called Pizza Hut because we got her all pizza and talk to the general manager which is Troy and he told me since I'm complain so much the last eight times because of been bad that they can't do anything about a Royal Pizza now anywhere that I ever got pizza from a problem they've always fix the problem they might have came and got the pizza they may have came and got the pizza but they always fix their mistakes so my question is this for anybody that wants to get pizza in Sunbury don't go to Pizza Hut because if you complain to them about their issues then they're not going to do anything about it and you're stuck with a roll dough pizza that's just my point of you want it I believe that okay yes I might have complained that's because there isn't an issue with what's going on and they should fix it because I always was taught that your customer was right and even if you come and get the pizza and replace it with another one at least you know that there's an issue with your product that you are serving the public but I guess that's my opinion because you're supposed to eat a raw dough pizza or whatever the mistake Maybe that's not good ethics at all but like I said that's my opinion but know this now if you complain to Pizza Hut more than a couple of times then they're not going to do anything about it and sorry what he said to me was sorry I cannot do anything because you complain and like I said to him that's obviously saying there's something wrong with your pizza and that's why I stopped going there in the first place and started going to Domino's which is a little bit of a drive for me but at least I know it's good pizza not to say that Jets or Donatos is in a good pizza place because it is and I love Goodfellows Pizza here in Sunbury I think they're amazing except for the fact that people pick their noses there for me and other than that it's all good but have a great day and I hope this helps...

We placed an order on Friday 11-25 for noon delivery on Saturday. When it wasn't there by 12:20, I started calling and to my dismay only could reach the call center and even then was only able to ever get through to the new orders side, not the customer service side. So after waiting on hold and trying to call various times, I decided to drive to the store to see if I could just pick up my order. Meanwhile my order had already been cycled through a couple of doordash drivers and my time was now showing earliest delivery at like 1:00. Arriving at the store, I found the drive thru line around the store and the doors to the restaurant locked. I walked around to talk with the first driver in the drive thru and they had been waiting 45 minutes in the line for their order which was called in for a noon pickup. Again I tried the phones to no avail, Finally I called another pizza place who was able to have my order ready in 20 minutes. I drove there and got the pizza we needed for the group we were hosting. We all were able to eat and clean up before your driver arrived at 1:45 PM. Almost 2 hours after the scheduled time. I've never been more angry with your team than yesterday and that's saying a lot given your store's poor performance of the last few months of ordering delivery and having to wait well past scheduled times on quite a few orders. If you are short staffed and can't keep up, then at least consider calling your customers and letting them know that their orders can't be fulfilled on time so they can come up with alternatives and for goodness sakes, stop taking orders that you...

I was not happy with the order and so I took the survey, and I expressed that I was not happy with the quality of food that I received. The following day I received what appeared to be a lovely email from Melissa asking me to reach out to her so she can make this right. So the following day I called to talk to Melissa, Missy. I explained who I was and what the situation was and she asked me “well, what do you want?” I was like wow you reached out to me to reach out to you so you could make this right for me. So I said, I guess a replacement for the messed up pizza would be nice and also I would appreciate it if I could get cheese sauce when I ordered cheese sauce for the breadsticks Two times I have ordered cheese sauce for the breadsticks and I have been given marinara. She proceeded to explain to me that the cheese sauce is cold because they only use it for the nacho fries and that it’s not a regular menu item. I explained to her that in order to order breadsticks on her website, there is a drop-down bar to choose marinara or cheese sauce and that if it’s not a regular menu item then she should let her corporation know because it’s online as if it’s a regular menu item.
