I am so saddened and disgusted by the way my son has been treated. He passed in 2017 and I finally won my battle against Sunbury in 2023 in which his graveside was literally a swamp and I was totally disrespected by Rhonda who literally told me "well if you want something done ..... you'll have to do it at your own expense.....we've done all we can do". They put in piping tube that barely drained water and after 1st round with the Commissioner they put another drain system in 2 days prior to court. Even one funeral Commissioner was totally apald and said to change his sight at their expense. Of course feet were dragged but he was finally supposed to be in his final resting place. I thought they had finally done right by my son Anthony (Tony) Shires but instead our plans of decorating his sight for the holidays was a bust because the entire site was sunken in and obviously my call to them on Tuesday went ignored as usual. It takes 10 minutes to add more dirt to a sight instead it looks eerie and his children and family again got another disappointment 😞. I understand that Graves settle but this is beyond settling. Other sites around his don't look this way why does my son's? He was a great man who deserves to rest in peace. I hope one day he can and will never again refer anyone to this memorial garden again. I've tried to be quiet and polite but not anymore....think twice before burying a loved one here especially in the newer parts because they need a more proper drainage system on both hills to ensure...

I have been to many graves in my life... im supper old, out of hundreds of graves I have been to I have never seen a grave worst then this. Ive read and read these reviews some being mixed good and bad so I wanted to see what I think about the gravesite... ive had my great grandson help me create this gmail account because I could not be quit about my opinion about this place... I know places have good and bad parts and I do understand that but singleing out a grave to literly not take care of the grave is realy disposing I've seen the reviews from the family that had to move there loved one because of this discaraceful workers and the sad heart breaking sight of there loved ones grave just to have it worse thats not fair sunbury memorial... I hated to give this place a 1 star it deserves a negative...

WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECCOMEND AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! MOST DISGRACEFUL CEMETERY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH OR SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! Loved ones final resting place should be a final resting place. Years if fighting with COMPLETE DISRESPECT from employee after employee, battle after battle. Photos attached of how they treat loved ones after buried even after complaints of it looking this way has been filed. looks new but that's due to court battles to have our loved one moved and finally won and now again it is the same DISRESPECT to human..
