Seriously CVS goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to figure out ways to be the absolutely WORST company on the planet! I tried calling them a few days ago to find out if the got my daughter's epilepsy medication because two days later they still hadn't filled it and after calling her neurologist to verify that it had been submitted, I needed to find out what was going on. So I tried calling - well you can't!!! 😡😡😡 You have to leave a message and the might "call you back" 🤣🤣🤣😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Because this medication is critical to my daughter, I drove the 15 minutes to get there to check only to have them tell me they didn't have it. So as I was walking out, I called and left a message with her Dr that the pharmacy said they didn't have it. Well this was fascinating because I was less than 5 minutes down the road - I get a text that it was ready for pick up. When I went back, they "found it" 🙄🙄 - I am sure they did 😒 Then the dr called and said the pharmacy told them it was filled. I can not with this pharmacy. THEY. ARE. AWFUL. The entire company is the worst from the ridiculously useless app to, prescription pick up, to the absolutely useless phone system (just disconnectthe phone service all together - the result is the same). Oh and btw, not to worry if you have to leave a message about something you need an immediately answer to, the person told me they are required to call you back within 15 minutes. 🤣🤣 I am sure they will get right on that considering how great everything else is with them. Read morePharmacy never has meds ready in reasonable time frame. Once waited over three hours for meds for a sick person, and finally found out they had a staff call off. I had the meds transferred to another pharmacy, because they were still saying it would be another hour. Another day, I called ahead for med refill at 1:30. They said they could have them ready by 3. Showed up just after 3:30, and they still weren’t ready. They are completely unable to honor reasonable pick up requests, and they are unable to give accurate estimates for time of completion. They also couldn’t find my insurance info on file. Disorganized, poor service, and always get attitude when questioning why it takes hours for simple refills or meds...
Read moreI love going to this store, easy to find what you need, always well stocked etc., etc. However, when I go to the pharmacy...I get this older gentleman checking my purchases out. I have the CVS app on my phone and have used it many times at the front checkout station. This guy has pretty much screwed me out of my points on my card for the last three times. He needs to be retrained. We tried it again today and once again it did not work. He says I need to use my card instead of my phone app. Today I had three separate entries for the same amount charged to my debit card.
